The microprocessor ensures that the reservoir fills properly, the water level does not fall below the heating element, and that the unit does not overheat during operation.

    Abstract: A vapor barrier laminate for use in insulation applications as a facing material. A fiberglass yarn or scrim is positioned between layers of kraft paper. An aluminum foil is adhered directly to the outer kraft paper layer. The paper to foil bond and the paper to paper bond are accomplished with a flame retardant adhesive. The resulting heavier and thicker laminate provides increased rigidity, a smoother outer surface for better abrasion resistance, and a greater tensile strength. Use of the laminate in duct board facing improves the strength of the duct board while facilitating tape adherence for sealing gaps between board sections.

The knob construction consists of an oval knob body, a shank fastened to the knob body and a cover which fits over the shank to complete the decorative knob assembly. The knob body is hollow to accommodate the lock cylinder and includes a small diameter hole through which the cylinder protrudes. The knob body is secured to the knob shank by fasteners. The shank includes longitudinal ridges to form an interference fit with the decorative shank cover.

The tubes are secured to the plate in groups utilizing a pool of epoxy isolated along the base plate by a ridge. The liquified epoxy flows around the tubes to secure the tubes within the plate once the epoxy is cured and hardened.

The tape includes high-performance acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive which adheres at both low and elevated temperatures and a film adhesion layer on the tape to allow final closure at the job site. As the tape is wrapped around the insulation jacket, the adhesive adheres to the film layer on the upper side of the tape to provide permanent adherence.
