    Abstract: A toothpaste dispenser with a timer device so that a person will receive a signal to indicate the time period during which the teeth are being brushed; three embodiments are shown, in one embodiment an hourglass timer is provided and in a second and third embodiment an electrical signal device is provided the timing being selected of a time period of between two and three minutes, the optimal period during which brushing should continuously be done in a tooth cleaning operation in order to achieve maximum results.

    Abstract: A shutter assembly of the type capable of being rolled upon itself and accordingly positionable between a stored position on a rotatable shaft, preferably within a housing, and a covering position relative to an opening, such as a window, door, etc. in a building. The shutter assembly includes a barrier structure comprising a primary portion and at least one separable barrier segment spaced from a free end of a primary portion and positionable at various locations along the track assembly in covering relation to various portions of the building opening. The folding awing uses the shutter assembly components as well as a folding hinged track assembly which allows variable positioning of the awning.

    Abstract: A supplementary steering assembly designed to be used in combination with an outboard motor when the primary steering assembly such as a cable and steering wheel system or an outboard motor hydraulic-type steering system become incapacitated. A mounting link fixedly attachable to a tiller arm of the outboard motor is configured for movable attachment to a steering arm extending outwardly from the motor and inwardly in an accessible position to one positioned within the boat and having sufficient length to provide enough leverage to overcome the accompanying torque present during the operation of relatively high powered outboard motors.
