Abstract: A low voltage differential circuit is described herein including a complementary logic tree having first, second and third inputs and two outputs, the logic tree for performing a desired logical function on signals received the the first input, thereby opening a pathway for current flow between at least one of the following: the second input and the first output, the second input and the second output, the third input and the first output, the third input and the second output.
Abstract: A method for automatically controlling a collimated sputtering source that is controllable by a computer to compensate for the build-up of sputtered material on the collimator. The method involves providing software for the computer including a formula to calculate a multiplier as a function of the age of the collimator, sequentially depositing film on a series of substrates using the sputtering source, monitoring the age of the collimator, and using the software to periodically adjust the value of a controllable sputtering parameter as a function of the multiplier. The sputtering parameter is automatically adjusted by the software such that a property of the film deposited by the source on the series of substrates does not substantially vary among the substrates as sputtered material builds up on the collimator.

Abstract: A hot water tank typically at 180.degree. F. and 55 psi operating temperature and pressure, respectively, comprises heat welded segments of compression formed ADZEL material, a polypropylene resin reinforced with a randomly oriented continuous filament glass fiber mat which comprises about 40% of the weight of the resinuous material. Thermoplastic fittings are used to coupled water conduits to the tank.
