  • Patent number: 7581330
Abstract: A gauge device for measuring the inner diameter of engine related bores comprising a circular body member having a circumferential surface with a cylindrical chamber totally encased therein along a longitudinal axis. A slide pin is housed within the cylindrical chamber which partially extends through upper and lower openings within the circumferential surface. A top flange extends radially from the upper portion of the body member and having a cylindrical dial mount affixed to the front. Disposed equidistance to each side of the top flange is a secondary flange extending radially from the front of the body member each embedded with a magnetic disk. A vertical slot positioned along the longitudinal axis provides the plunger stop means access to the slide pin. A dial indicator means is operatively connected within the dial mount and having a movable plunger extending downward and housed within a spring member which abuts the plunger stop means.

  • Patent number: 7252274
Abstract: A clamping device for stainless steel sinks having rolled rim edges used for suspension of weighted items from a sink's rolled rim edge for better organization around the sink work area comprising, a hanger bracket, a compression gib, and a fastening means. The hanger bracket is further defined by a front having an elongated vertical slot, a supporting member, and a crispate top. The compression gib includes a generally horizontally disposed bracing arm having an integral arm which extends upwardly and vertically in relation to the bracing arm. The integral arm further has an elongated vertical slot which extends the length along a longitudinal axis. Attached to the upper most portion of the integral arm is a crispate top which is substantially identical in configuration and shape, to the arcuate portion of the underside of the rolled rim sink to which it is attached. The fastening means is received by the slots of the hanger bracket and gib and detachably holds the device together.

  • Patent number: 6808147
Abstract: A clamping device for stainless steel sinks having rolled rim edges used for suspension of weighted items from the sink's rolled rim edge for better organization around the sink work area, comprising a facial plate having a front and a crispate top connecting the front to a back. The front has a pair of slots disposed substantially near the bottom on opposite sides and extend upward vertically there from. Inserted between the front and back is a compression gib. The compression gib has a pair of grooves which align with the slots in the facial plate. A supporting member having two arms connected at one end by a cross member and opposite thereto a pair of threaded ends fays the device together and to the sink. The vertical slots in the front facial plate and the grooves in the compression gib align to receive the threaded ends. Fastening means and washers are affixed onto the threaded ends of the supporting member.

  • Patent number: 5873173
Abstract: A device for measuring length and vertical clearance of engine connecting rods comprising a base which is attached to an upstanding member in a hinged fashion. A vertical guide slot of substantial length is disposed within the upstanding member along a longitudinal center axis and distal to the base. A wrist pin mandrel comprising a guide slot receiving member is disposed on the upstanding member such that said guide slot receiving member is engaged in the vertical guide slot. Positioned at the top of the upstanding member is a dial indicator within a mount. A plunger projecting downward from said dial indicator rests upon the top of the mandrel's guide slot receiving member. Proximally to the base of the measuring surface is a standard mount which engages a standard. The standard is vertically slidable and adapted to be locked at adjusted elevations within said mount.

  • Patent number: 5544792
Abstract: A book bag having a primary compartment and a plurality of substantially identical secondary compartments which are designed to function independently of each other while in a unitary arraignment. The compartments can be converted to a fully open relationship which allows for easy storage into narrow upright lockers. Each compartment has inner and outer parallel side panels connected by a bottom, top, and two ends. The compartments are interconnected in a side by side relationship to the side panel of a mating compartment by zipper elements. Secured to the inner panel of each compartment is a shoulder harness to allow the book bag to be carried in typical fashion on one's back. Individual compartments may also be carried by a handle secured to the top. Centrally positioned on the outer side panel is an expandable envelope designed for easy retrial of homework assignments or the like. Pockets are also provided on the ends of a compartment for storage of pens, rulers, pencils or other school supplies.

  • Patent number: 5476433
Abstract: A universal martial arts training apparatus comprising a support module which has a plurality of upstanding support members equidistantly spaced in parallel relation. The support members are rigidly reinforced at opposing ends by interconnecting means. The support module presents independent training stations at a single location in a mutually cooperative relationship and includes speed break, power break, heavy weight bag, and board holder. The training stations are slidably mounted to upstanding support member or members lowered to the desired height, and locked into position.
