  • Patent number: 7499184
Abstract: The invention provides a measuring apparatus that can efficiently analyze a three-dimensional image by simultaneously recording a circular streak image and a straight-line streak image at a measured point, even when a large number of circular streak images are present. A measuring apparatus includes: a 3CCD camera; a cubic beam splitter that combines optical images incident from plural routes; a mirror that shifts an image focusing position of an optical image at a measured point by a predetermined distance; a coloring unit that applies a predetermined color to an optical image incident to a route of the beam splitter; a motor that rotates the beam splitter and the mirror in a direction of an arrowhead; and a PC that calculates a three-dimensional position of the measured point based on the optical image recorded by a camera.

  • Patent number: 7474110
Abstract: The present invention provides a probe card that can examine an object with small electrode spacing. A probe supporting plate is provided to a lower face side of a printed wiring board of a probe card. A plurality of probes are supported by the probe supporting plate. The probes comprise an upper contact, a lower contact, and a main body portion. An upper end portion of the upper contact protrudes toward an upper side of the probe supporting plate and contacts a terminal of the printed wiring board. A lower end portion of the lower contact protrudes toward a lower side of the probe supporting plate. On the probe supporting plate, a through-hole and a concave portion are formed to lock the probes, and the probes can be inserted and removed freely against the probe supporting plate from above.

  • Patent number: 7329184
Abstract: A game machine includes, an operating portion, a signal detector, a prompter, a determination receiver and a speed changer. The operating portion outputs a signal in accordance with a player's operation for proceeding a game. The signal detector detects either a consecutive signal within a predetermined period of time or an intermittent signal within a predetermined period of time from the operating portion. The prompter prompts a player to determine whether to change a speed of progress in the game when either the consecutive signal or the intermittent signal is detected. The determination receiver receives a player's determination regarding the change of the speed of progress in the game. The speed changer changes the speed of progress in the game in accordance with the player's determination when the player's determination is received.

  • Patent number: 7321486
Abstract: The present invention provides an electric double layer capacitor that has less chance for internal resistance increase. For this objective, in this electric double layer capacitor, an electric double layer capacitor element sandwiches a separator between a cathode and an anode, arranged inside a container comprising a lid and a concave shaped containing portion. On the inner bottom face in the containing portion, an insulating layer having a first conductive layer connected to a connecting terminal, and an opening portion penetrates to the first conductive layer are formed, wherein a second conductive layer fills inside the opening portion. Onto the insulating layer and the second conductive layer, a third conductive layer which laminates a first layer comprised of aluminum and a second layer comprised of carbon, is formed and connected to the cathode. The fourth conductive layer is connected to the anode, and also connected to the connecting terminal.

  • Patent number: 7262954
Abstract: The objective of the current invention is to provide a solid electrolytic capacitor element with low equivalent series resistance. In this solid electrolytic capacitor element, an anode including a porous sintered body, and a dielectric layer are sequentially formed on an anode lead so as to cover a portion of the anode lead. An intermediate layer including polyethylene glycol is formed on the dielectric layer so as to cover an area around the dielectric layer. An electrolyte layer that includes polypyrrole is formed on the intermediate layer so as to cover an area around the intermediate layer. A cathode that includes: a first electrically conductive layer mainly including graphite particles and a second electrically conductive layer mainly including silver particles is formed on the electrolyte layer so as to cover an area surrounding the electrolyte layer.

  • Patent number: 7177141
Abstract: The present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor with low leakage current. In the solid electrolytic capacitor, an anode has an anode lead made of tantalum, a surface layer made of niobium formed on the anode lead, and a rectangular block shaped base body having a porous sintered body made from niobium particles, and the anode lead is partially embedded in the base body. Onto the anode, an oxide layer made of niobium oxide, an electrically conductive polymer layer, and a cathode laminated with a first electrically conductive layer and a second electrically conductive layer are sequentially laminated. Onto the top surface of an area surrounding the cathode, a cathode terminal is formed through an electrically conductive adhesive layer. Also, an anode terminal is connected onto an edge of the anode lead.
