Abstract: A bottle-cap identification system includes a double or, alternatively, single layer coating applied to top and sides of a twist-top bottle cap and its appendant stationary connection ring. The double layer coating consists of an inner colored painting with stripe pattern and an outer opaque black layer. The single layer coating includes only the opaque substance and is applied directly to a cap and ring, whereby the cap and ring is either of solid color or features the genuine brand design. The black layer is composed of a polymer with weaker cohesive than adhesive bonds, which prevents the color of cap and ring from being seen through and enables its removal by scratching. Such scratching results in a marking randomly exposing the inner layer or, respectively, the cap and ring itself. The marking and its alignment on cap and ring serve as criterion for recognition and identification of the bottle.
Abstract: A gasketless waterproof ingress prevention enclosure for electronics wherein the enclosure does not rely on traditional sealing means to restrain water. The enclosure includes a five-sided open bottom air tight cavity comprising a liquid volume fluidly coupled to a gas volume creating a gas-fluid coupling layer, rising in elevation within cavity. Changing cavity pressure equal to rising compressed liquid pressure prevents exposure to said electronic enclosure components to a maximum design depth of 15 feet of water below surface level or a column height of 15 feet of water over the bottom of the enclosure bell bottom, independent of the enclosure's distance below surface grade. The apparatus forms a telescoped and recessed inner chassis assembly in its fully closed position. The prevention enclosure also provides a method for sealing including the steps of gasketless water prevention, electronics mounting, and water damage component protection.
Abstract: The overall apparatus assembly provides folding reading glasses, survival series wherein the glasses fold into a jewelry shape hung from a necklace. The overall apparatus assembly further provides a hinged nose portion that allows the eyeglass lenses to fold inward in a quick snap action about the hinged nose. The temples also fold inward and serve as the encase thus protecting the lenses rotating about a second quick action hinge. The spring loaded hinges will provide for cam action to lock the glasses in either an open or closed position. The closed position will further protect the eyeglass lenses and provide a decorative jewelry shaped integral encasement to store the eyeglass apparatus and protect the lenses.
Abstract: A financial system with at least one equity profile, one or more non-guaranteed investment instruments and at least one target-risk profile to provide a return on an initial investment amount a portion of which includes at least a predetermined sum certain principal amount. In certain aspects, one or more processor readable storage devices having processor readable code embodied on said processor readable storage devices, said processor readable code for programming one or more processors to perform a method of providing an investment portfolio includes steps for providing a sum certain principal amount that includes at least a portion that is guaranteed and a portion that is non-guaranteed and earns an investor selected return.
Abstract: A loadbreak, switch safety device mechanism, which provides easily visible, positive alignment and engagement of high-voltage switch loadbreak actuating and trip arms. The apparatus can be easily adapted to various types of high-voltage loadbreak designs. The apparatus is comprised of a new high-voltage loadbreak switch interrupter safety flag, constructed of a molded, rotatable arm about a pivot axis.
Abstract: A handheld gas propelled missile launcher which deploys projectiles of varying payloads through the muzzle, and a ballistic module for changing payloads expeditiously.
