A mutual annuitization involves the formation of a new and dedicated mutual insurance company that issues group or individual annuity contracts to plan participants in a private pension plan. The plan sponsor would neither own any stock in the mutual insurance company, nor would it have voting or control rights or any right whatsoever to participate in the profits of the mutual insurance company. As a mutual insurance company, there are no shareholders as such. Instead mutuals have members, and it is the members who enjoy governance rights and participation rights in the company's profits, such as through policy dividend payments. In the mutual insurance company of the present invention, the pension plan participants are the mutual insurance company's sole members.

In return, the provider agrees to purchase a fixed income security (FIS) Portfolio from the client for an purchase price greater than the amount of the loan. If the aggregate principal payments (APP) of the FIS Portfolio exceed the purchase price, the parties engage in profit sharing of the APP over the purchase price. If the final market value of the FIS Portfolio is below the purchase price and above the loan amount, the losses are absorbed by the provider.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a device for a portable convection enhanced delivery system that allows administering liquids to specific locations within the body, especially tissues and tumors also allowing outsubject treatment. The application system comprises a portable extracorporal pump with a fluid reservoir that is connected via an infusion system to an infusion catheter placeable to any tissue or tumor the fluid should be administered to by high flow microperfusion. The system enables administration of fluids of any kind by convection enhanced delivery also in out-patient treatment. The system can be used for delivering various drugs, proteins, protein toxins, antibodies for treatment or imaging, proteins in enzyme replacement therapy, growth factors and viruses or oligonucleotides in gene therapy etc. The application methods as well as the surgical method to implant this device are enclosed to this invention.

During manufacturing, the packing is filled with liquid via the connecting part. After filling, the pinching off part is pressed together whereby preventing liquid from escaping. Afterwards, the closure part is placed onto the connecting part. The manufacturing of the packing is simplified by virtue of the fact that an additional tube for connecting the connector and packing is rendered unnecessary.
