Abstract: A resonance type oscillation circuit includes an inductance element which is connected between a first terminal and a second terminal, an amplifier circuit which is connected in parallel with the inductance element between the first terminal and the second terminal, and a first capacitance element which is connected between the first terminal and the second terminal. The oscillation circuit further includes a pair of lead-out regions which are provided on the way of one end and the other end of the inductance element, a switch element which is connected between the pair of lead-out regions and provides short-circuit between the pair of lead-out regions when the switch element is on, and a second capacitance element which is connected between the pair of lead-out regions in parallel with the switch element.
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a differential circuit for receiving a differential signal at an input terminal and a detection circuit for outputting a detection signal when a predetermined signal is inputted to the input terminal. The detection circuit detects whether the differential signal becomes outside an electric input standard and outputs the detection signal.
Abstract: A purple LED is fixed onto lead frames in the cup of a frame using a mount, and the purple LED is sealed by filling a sealant of transparent resin into the cup. Red/green/blue phosphors that absorb a light emitted by the purple LED and emit lights having red, green, blue wavelengths different from the wavelength of this absorbed light are mixed into the sealant. A yellow phosphor that absorbs a light emitted by the purple LED and emits a light having a yellow wavelength different from the wavelength of this absorbed light is additionally mixed into the sealant in such a white light emitting device.
