Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a wafer release method capable of releasing a wafer safely, simply and certainly and improving a wafer releasing rate, a wafer release apparatus and a wafer release transfer machine using the wafer release apparatus. A wafer release method of the present invention comprises the steps of: pressing the uppermost wafer along an axis direction (L-L?) shifted by an angle in the range of from 15 to 75 degrees from a crystal habit line axis (A-A?) or (B-B?) of the uppermost wafer clockwise or counterclockwise; bending upwardly the peripheral portion of the uppermost wafer so as to cause a bending stress in the uppermost wafer in the axis direction (L-L?) shifted by the angle; blowing a fluid into a clearance between the lower surface of the uppermost wafer and the upper surface of the lower wafer adjacent thereto; and raising the uppermost wafer for releasing.
Abstract: A rapid measuring system for the determination of the concentration of propofol in the respiratory flow, which can be designed in a compact form, has the features of a breathing gas line (1) including a breathing gas sensor (2) detecting the respiration, wherein the breathing gas sensor (2) is connected to an evaluating unit (3), a propofol sensor (5) with a downstream pump (6) is in gas flow connection with the breathing gas line (1), wherein the evaluating unit (3) is connected with the propofol sensor (5) and the pump (6), so that the evaluating unit (3) actuates the pump (6) for breathing gas sampling depending on the signal of the breathing gas sensor (2), and the propofol sensor (5) sends a measured signal for the concentration of propofol in the breathing gas to the evaluating unit (3).

Abstract: A compression fitting for rigid or semi-rigid pipes comprising an internal element 11 onto which the pipe 12 is fitted and into which at least one circumferential groove 13 is machined and an external sleeve 20 usually cylindrical is positioned around the pipe and intended to be deformed by radial compression to push the wall of the pipe inside said groove. The external wall of the sleeve 20 bears a circumferential protruding bead 22 in line with its area which is found in line with the groove of the internal element with interposition of the wall of the pipe, so that the compression of the sleeve by action of a cylindrical pressing wall 30 acts on the bead to deform the sleeve with the purpose of pushing the wall of the pipe inside the groove of the internal element.

Abstract: During the defatting of coconut gratings from freshly harvested coconuts, the gratings are cooled to temperatures at which crystallization, i.e., solidification of the fat components occurs, before the coconut gratings are pressed. However, this temperature must not drop below the freezing point of water, preferably <2° C., in order to avoid crystallization of the aqueous/liquid components of the coconut milk. As a result, the aqueous/liquid coconut milk with reduced fat content is separated from the coconut gratings in the next pressing. To separate the coconut oil from the coconut gratings, these are subsequently heated to temperatures at which the coconut oil becomes liquid in order to then separate it from the coconut gratings by pressing. The coconut oil (virgin coconut oil) is now obtained in an extremely efficient and gentle manner.
Abstract: A method for producing logs of paper comprises: feeding a continuous paper web along a fixed path; transversely perforating the paper web such that the paper can be subdivided into various lengths and detached by tearing; feeding tubes such that a preset number of sheets are wound onto said tube to form a log, the tubes being guided in a tube-guiding channel extending between a tube-feeding station and a log-forming station, the channel being delimited in part by a fixed guide and in part by a roller for feeding the paper; and applying glue within the channel such that the last sheet is glued to the log being formed and the paper web is glued to the next tube.
Abstract: A photosensor module is composed of a light-receiving element module accommodating a light-receiving element, and a light-emitting element module accommodating a light-emitting element, which modules are separate, paired components. One of the paired light-receiving element module and light-emitting element module is mounted on a printed circuit board of a board unit, which is fixed to an end surface of a motor. After a code wheel is attached and fixed to the motor shaft along the axial direction of the motor shaft, a generally L-shaped module holder, which accommodates the other of the paired light-receiving element module and light-emitting element module, is mounted to the board unit. Thus, the light-emitting element and the light-receiving element are positioned such that these elements face each other via the optical modulation track portion of the code wheel.
Abstract: A method for the production of a soldered joint between at least two contact partners (22, 23) of a bonding arrangement (21), with a formed piece of solder material (27) being arranged at a distance to the bonding arrangement. The formed piece of solder material is at least partially melted off. The at least partially melted off formed piece of solder material being thrust against a bonding arrangement in such a way that both bonding partners are wetted in a bonding area to establish an electrically conductive bonding.
Abstract: A ball-and-socket joint has a pivot pin accommodated rotatably and tiltably with a spherical joint area in a bearing shell. The bearing shell is in turn arranged in the recess of a joint housing. A closing ring fixes the bearing shell in the joint housing in the axial longitudinal direction of the pivot pin by at least one surface pair. Corresponding to a first solution variant, an intermediate element made of an elastic material may be arranged between the corresponding contact surfaces of the surface pair on the bearing shell and the closing ring. As an alternative an insert element may be arranged between the outer contour of the bearing shell and the bottom area of the recess, wherein at least one intermediate element made of an elastic material is arranged between the outer surface of the insert element and the corresponding inner surface of the recess.
Abstract: An endoscopic suturing machine is provided with a housing, with a housing upper part (2, 4) for accommodating drives (20, 50, 60 and 80) for the stitch-forming tools (11, 12), with a housing shaft (3) adjoining same for accommodating a device for transmitting the movements generated by the drives (20, 50, 60 and 80) to the stitch-forming tools (11, 12). The forming tools include at least a needle (11) and a shuttle (12), which cooperates with the needle. The shuttle or looper can be moved after grasping the thread loop along a multidimensional path of movement from its position which is located under the material being sewn and grasps the thread loop into a position which is located above the material being sewn and in which the thread triangle formed by the thread loop led onto the upper side of the material being sewn surrounds the projection of the path of the needle (FIG. 5).
Abstract: In order to provide a supply and exhaust pipe comprising a drop-off prevention mechanism, particularly effective for pipes with a large diameter, to increase bending strength and sealing efficiency, formation of a hemmed section A at an top edge of an insert portion 4 can eliminate the occurrence of buckling and increase bending strength. Furthermore, an O-ring for sealing can improve sealing efficiency and also can make itself follow a deformation of the pipe by forming it into a mushroom shape to establish close contacts to the pipe at two points, namely a neck 8b and a part of the circumference 8c of a cap 8a. Furthermore, a drop-off prevention mechanism of the pipe has a wide sliding piece 12, and an arc 17 with a curvature adapted to the curvature of the pipe is formed on the lower surface of the sliding piece 12, to stabilize its sliding.
