Abstract: The method for the automatic feeding of metal section bars provides for seizing a group of metal section bars (2) from a store (3) by means of gripping tools (11) and for transferring the said group of metal section bars (2) in a lifted position. The metal section bars (2) are arranged on a transfer device (20) suited to transfer the metal section bars (2) on receiving means (30). In a suitable phase relationship, the counting of the metal section bars (2) transferred on the said receiving means (30) is carried out. Abstract: A gas inlet is disposed in a lower portion of a reaction chamber, a copper substrate is disposed in an upper portion thereof, and a tungsten catalytic body heated to 1600° C. is disposed midway between the two. Ammonia gas introduced from the gas inlet is decomposed by the tungsten catalytic body, a chemical species generated by the decomposition reacts with a surface of the copper substrate, and reduces and removes a contaminant on the copper surface, and a Cu3N thin film is formed on the copper substrate surface. This Cu3N film has the action of a film which prevents the oxidation of copper. This Cu3N film is thermally decomposed and removed when heated to temperatures of not less than 300° C., leaving a clean copper surface behind.

Abstract: A device is provided for measuring the velocity of flow of a fluid in a respiration system and includes a first thermal sensor element (5) provided with a controllable heating element (50) and a second thermal sensor element (6). The thermal sensor elements (5, 6) are arranged at spaced locations from one another at a path of flow, so that a thermal signal generated by the first sensor element (5) with the heating element (50) is transmitted to the second sensor element (6), and the second sensor element (6) is designed to detect the thermal signal from the fluid flow. The second sensor element (6) is connected to the first sensor element (5) via feedback (12) which triggers another thermal signal. A controlling and analyzing device (13, 15) is connected to the sensor elements (5, 6) to start the generation of a first thermal signal and to read and analyze the signal frequency as an indicator of the velocity of flow.
