Abstract: Disclosed is a watercraft for use in combination with a PWC or suitable shallow draft propulsion system. The watercraft is designed to operate in emergency conditions where flood waters leave an uncharted bottom that may be as little as twelve inches deep or conceal a submerged object. The watercraft includes a ramp allowing for the ease of loading including wheelchair bound and bed-bound patients as well as supplies such as water, food, medical supplies, generators, and water filtration systems. The watercraft is based upon two pontoons having a storable floor and support structure, the support structure overlays a portion of each pontoon.
Abstract: A collapsible insulated jacket for a beverage container is formed from the same material as that of the carton in which the beverages are sold. A plurality of insulated jackets are secured together along a perforated line. The plurality of insulated jackets can be formed as a portion of the carton or as a separate item removable secured to the carton. A layer of insulating material can be added to the material of the jacket to provide additional insulating properties for the jacket.
Abstract: A dynamic cervical plate has a ratchet and pawl mechanism that allows the cervical plate to post operatively shorten the length of the plate and maintain compression between adjacent vertebrae. The plate has an elongated shaft with teeth on one surface and a groove along each longitudinal edge. A lateral plate is attached on one end of the shaft. The plate has screw holes for connecting with the head of a spinal screw. Another lateral plate is slidably engaged in the longitudinal grooves along the shaft and has a spring clip acting as a pawl with the teeth on the shaft. The lateral sliding plate has screw holes on each side of the shaft. The clip is configured to span the screw holes to automatically engage and prevent screws from backing out of the holes.

Abstract: The instant invention relates to an infinitely adjustable anchoring system for attaching structural members to a support member. The system comprises a continuous, elongated, removable retaining track secured to the outer surface of a support member and configured to receive at least one adjustable connector plate therein. The adjustable connector plates are capable of attaching to structural members having various dimensions and pitches relative to the track. The invention includes a reusable centering bracket assembly used to install a retaining track assembly along an upper portion of a support member.
Abstract: The present invention discloses an automated testing solution for PRL's, System Acquisition algorithm, and CDMA device performance. A testing plan loads a specific PRL into a test device, reads and categorizes the entries in the PRL file, and then uses the information to set the parameters on the emulation hardware needed for each test case. The testing solution allows an operator to specify the PRL file to be used for testing and the testing plan will determine the relationships between different PRL entries in the test file including the System of equal priority in the same GEO, System of lesser priority in the same GEO, System of higher priority in the same GEO, Systems in different GEO, and Collocated EVDO systems. Once the entries are categorized the test script will then select the entries need to create the required test conditions on the base station emulation hardware. The test suite employs base station emulation hardware to create the RF conditions stipulated in the test case.
Abstract: The present assembly provides a suspended shelving system. The shelving system includes a shelving panel supported by a plurality of hanger members. The shelving panel includes a plurality of longitudinal members constructed of wire or plastic. A plurality of cross members are arranged substantially transverse with respect to the longitudinal members and generally parallel with respect to each other. At least a portion of the longitudinal members and the cross members are bonded together at crossing points to comprise the shelving panel. A plurality of hanger members are rotatably secured to the cross members positioned at the distal ends of the shelving member so that they may be rotated between a storage position that is generally parallel to the underside surface of the shelving member for shipment and storage, and a support position that is substantially perpendicular to the upper surface of the shelf for suspending the shelf from an overhead member.
Abstract: Disclosed is a cleaning system for removing coatings from a hard surface by high pressure liquid. The system employs a combination liquid and vacuum reservoir connected to a high pressure pump for directing ultra high pressure water through a blast head mounted on a front portion of the vehicle. The cleaning system is preferably mounted on a single truck with a single prime mover. The drive-line of the vehicle is constructed and arranged to operate in two distinct modes, e.g. a transport mode and a work mode. In the transport mode, a first transmission coupled to the rear portion of the prime mover delivers torque from the engine to the rear wheels of the vehicle. In the work mode, the prime mover is utilized to mechanically drive the bed mounted equipment as well as provide motive force in the form of mechanical-hydrostatic transmission to propel the system at a speed suitable for marking removal.
Abstract: A plug-in rechargeable flashlight that may be inserted into a conventional cigarette lighter or battery power source receptacle found in an automobile, airplane, boat or other vehicle. The flashlight has light emitting diodes as the primary light source located on the end of the flashlight which is insertable into the power receptacle concealing the light source. When the flashlight is plugged into the receptacle the primary light source is extinguished. The flashlight is further provided with an electrical output connection at the opposite end of the primary light source allowing the flashlight to serve as a replacement socket for the power receptacle consumed by the flashlight. The replacement socket provides an electrical connection for receipt of additional powered accessories, or limited in use to pre-selected items such as a USB port, AC port, backlighting, and so forth.
Abstract: Disclosed is a process for reclamation of waste fluids. A conditioning container is employed for receipt of waste material on a continuous flow for treatment within the container by immersible transducers producing ultrasonic acoustic waves in combination with a high level of injected ozone. The treated material exhibits superior separation properties for delivery into a centrifuge for enhanced solid waste removal. The invention discloses a cost efficient and environmentally friendly process and apparatus for cleaning and recycling of flowback, or frac water, which has been used to stimulate gas production from shale formations. The apparatus is mobile and containerized and suitable for installation at the well site.
Abstract: The present invention is directed toward a data acquisition and display system for vehicles that connects to the vehicle's on-board computer(s) via a data link connector (DLC). The system includes a display module suitable for permanent or temporary attachment within the interior of a vehicle. The display module preferably includes a full color monitor that also functions as a touch screen for inputting commands to the computer within the display module. The computer includes a suitable processor, operating system, software and tangible data storage media to allow multiple user configurable functions. The display module collects information from the vehicle via multiple busses and senders through the data link connector and displays the information on the screen of the display module in a user configured graphics format.
Abstract: This invention is directed toward a reel seat kit and method of use which allows a particular rod to be modified to accept a plurality of reels, and wherein reproducible and predictable rod action may be achieved via judicious placement of a particular reel in relationship to the rod.
