Abstract: A leash ring comprises two side members which secure about a stationary object. The side members are pivotally secured together by a threaded fastener at the proximal ends thereof and retain a leash receiving member therebetween. The side members of the leash ring comprise teeth on the distal ends thereof for securing the side members together around a stationary object. The leash ring freely rotates about the stationary object thereby enabling free movement of a pet tethered thereto without entanglement.
Abstract: A bulk bag comprising a bottom wall and at least one side wall extending upwardly from the bottom wall is provided with at least one pocket secured to the exterior of the side wall and extending substantially vertically. The pocket receives a support member which maintains the side wall of the bulk bag in an upright, open configuration.

Abstract: A transport trailer comprises a support surface mounted for rotation relative to an underlying frame to facilitate the loading of vehicles and other articles by forward movement thereof and the unloading of the vehicles and other articles also by forward movement thereof.
Abstract: A pattern former for assembling wrapped bakery products into predetermined patterns includes a vacuum turntable comprising a perforated plate which is driven by a belt extending around the periphery of the vacuum turntable and actuated by a motor. A first transfer apparatus includes a pusher plate which moves groups of wrapped bakery products onto the vacuum turntable and which retracts to facilitate the formation of a subsequent group of wrapped bakery products as a previous group is being transferred to the vacuum turntable. A second transfer apparatus includes a pusher plate which moves assembled patterns of wrapped bakery products from the vacuum turntable into bakery trays and which is retractable to facilitate the assembly of a subsequent pattern of wrapped bakery products as a previous pattern is being transferred to a bakery tray.

Abstract: An otherwise conventional craps table comprises a segment with an alternative betting option to the traditional “Big 6” and “Big 8” wagers. One embodiment provides a low portion which allows a player to wager that a two, three, four, five, or six will be thrown on the next roll of the dice during play of a craps game and a high portion which allows a player to wager that an eight, a nine, ten, eleven, or twelve will thrown on the next roll of the dice during play of a craps game. The payout received by a wagering player is determined according to the bet placed and the method by which the desired numbers are thrown on the next roll.
Abstract: A pattern former for assembling wrapped bakery products into predetermined patterns comprises a perforated vacuum turntable. Vacuum is applied to the vacuum turntable while bakery products are loaded thereon and positioned in a predetermined pattern. Once the bakery products are positioned on the turntable in the predetermined pattern, an air assist is applied to the vacuum turntable while the bakery products are unloaded therefrom. The air assist eliminates contact between the wrappers of the wrapped bakery product and the upper surface of the turntable thereby eliminating disorientation of the bakery products within the wrappers.
Abstract: An accessory for a pickup truck ad the like comprising a frame positioned behind the rear window thereof. The frame supports a plurality of louvers which are selectively positionable in first, second, and third orientations. The louvers are substantially transparent and at least one exterior surface thereof is reflective. The louvers are adapted to display selected graphics when positioned in the first and third orientations. The accessory may also employ triangular louvers which may be adapted to display selected graphics which positioned in the first, second, and third orientations.
Abstract: Electron-hole production at a Schottky barrier has recently been observed experimentally as a result of chemical processes. This conversion of chemical energy to electronic energy may serve as a basic link between chemistry and electronics and offers the potential for generation of unique electronic signatures for chemical reactions and the creation of a new class of solid state chemical sensors. Detection of the following chemical species was established: hydrogen, deuterium, carbon monoxide, molecular oxygen. The detector (1b) consists of a Schottky diode between an Si layer and an ultrathin metal layer with zero force electrical contacts.
