Patent number: 4405062Abstract: A flexible tube dispensing device designed for use with flexible tubes containing pastes, gels, liquids and certain powders. In use the dispensing device opens to accommodate the end of a flexible tube in which is contained a product in paste or other form which may be dispensed by squeezing the tube. Once the tube is inserted, squeezing of a pair of dispensing jaws of the device squeezes the tube to dispense the product and causes the device to advance along the tube as the product is dispensed. This allows almost complete evacuation of the tube contents and dispensing of relatively uniform amounts of contents each time the device is squeezed.Type: GrantFiled: October 19, 1981Date of Patent: September 20, 1983Inventor: Eraine J. Tschida, Sr.

Patent number: 4365854Abstract: A roller supported cabinet which may be moved upon the rollers along the wall behind it. One end of the cabinet normally rests in a corner of the room. When the cabinet is moved away from the corner, complete and ready access is had to the shelves and drawers of the end portion which was in the corner behind an adjoining cabinet along the adjacent wall. With the cabinet extended from the corner the usually wasted corner cabinet space may be fully utilized. When the cabinet is returned to the corner location, it takes up a minimum of space in the room.Type: GrantFiled: August 25, 1980Date of Patent: December 28, 1982Inventor: Gary G. Waller

Patent number: 4309850Abstract: A portable sandblasting apparatus for continuously treating horizontal surfaces along a path of adjustable width. The apparatus is mounted on a movable platform which is drawn by a motor vehicle or self-propelled along the desired path. The apparatus has sandblast nozzles which reciprocate from side to side with respect to the direction of motion as the apparatus advances so as to provide treatment of a pre-set width of surface. By adjusting the amplitude of reciprocation, positioning the nozzles for continuous coverage and by varying the number of nozzles functioning, the width of surface to be treated may be varied greatly and readily adjusted.Type: GrantFiled: August 9, 1979Date of Patent: January 12, 1982Inventor: Ronald C. Benson

Patent number: 4279555Abstract: A machine for stacking rectangular sheets of relatively rigid material such as panels, counters, doors, plastic sheets, or the like which has an input conveyor for receiving the panels as they are placed horizontally thereon, an elevator conveyor pivotally connected to the discharge end of the input conveyor on a horizontal axis for raising and lowering movement, a discharge conveyor at the outer end of the elevator conveyor, a conveyor drive motor for driving the conveyors, elevator motor for moving the elevator conveyor about its pivot axis, and a switch on the discharge conveyor for activating the elevator motor as a panel is discharged therefrom to raise the elevator conveyor a selected distance prior to discharge of the next panel. The machine also includes a mechanism on the input conveyor for straightening any panel disposed thereon prior to its movement onto the elevator conveyor.Type: GrantFiled: December 29, 1978Date of Patent: July 21, 1981Inventor: Edmund W. F. Rydell

Patent number: 4272747Abstract: In a solenoid switch, a cylindrical externally threaded housing having an integrally formed bottom wall with an axially centered aperture, a solenoid coil disposed axially within the housing with upwardly extending leads, a plunger within the coil having an actuator pin extending downwardly through the aperture, a cover of plastic material on the housing embedding a pair of connectible terminals each of which is connected to one of said leads, whereby as electrical energy is transmitted to the terminals the coil will be energized to move the plunger axially so that the pin may perform a desired work outside of the housing.Type: GrantFiled: July 25, 1979Date of Patent: June 9, 1981Inventor: Patrick G. Bauer

Patent number: 4258630Abstract: A portable turntable apparatus for use in microwave ovens which is used as a supporting base for a container of food which is cooked within the oven and adapted to gradually rotate the same, the apparatus including a motor including metallic materials which motor is mounted in and enclosed by a metal housing and an outer enclosure comprising a cover and base of non-metallic material to prohibit electrical arcing between the motor and the oven walls. The housing is provided with smooth outer surfaces and a minimal sized aperture opening to allow a driving connection between the motor and the enclosure cover.Type: GrantFiled: July 25, 1978Date of Patent: March 31, 1981Assignee: Northland Aluminum Products, Inc.Inventors: Jorgen A. Jorgensen, Donald W. Nygren

Patent number: 4228818Abstract: A crossover relief valve for use in a hydraulic circuit connected to two single acting cylinders such as used to provide rearward force against opposite ends of a plow blade wherein excessive pressure against one end of the blade will allow fluid to flow from one cylinder to the other, the valve being of the sliding poppet and port type wherein the poppet has surface areas exposed to the pressure line to each cylinder of such a size as to open the valve for flow between cylinders when excessive pressure is applied to either and wherein when pressure is applied from both pressure lines against said surface areas the poppet will move a sufficient distance to open a port for return of hydraulic fluid to a reservoir.Type: GrantFiled: May 1, 1978Date of Patent: October 21, 1980Assignee: Victor Fluid PowerInventor: David J. Nelson
