Abstract: A device that fits over a fixture, such as a toilet. It uses a number of articulated members that align with the rim of the bowl. A center star gear is used to pull all the members inward, tightly against the rim. The members are designed to fit over the rim to ensure a tight fit that is not easily defeated by prying from the underside, for example. A lock is used to prevent removal of the device. Finally, the device can be designed to fit over sinks and urinals as well.
