    Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a concrete form system for building foundations wherein two substantially parallel form walls 12 are constructed using a plurality of retainer sections that can mechanically interlock end-to-end 42, 44 when the retainer sections 14, 16, 18, 20 incorporate a throughbore 22 or butt-up end to end when there is no throughbore. Additionally the present invention provides a separator bar and reinforcement posts whereby the separator bar 24 serves as base for the retainer sections and as spacer between stacked retainer sections 14, 16, 18, 20 which can in cross-section have a circular, oval or polygonal shape and in one additional element a ribbed exterior portion 46, 48 for added strength and a substantially hollow interior 22 that forms a corrugated conduit retainer 20 that is conducive to providing ventilation for effective and efficient radon remediation from the structure being constructed.

    Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a disposable container 12 for holding suitable fluid 24 to be used for consuming a medicinal pill 28. In one embodiment, a disposable plastic package 60 is disclosed having a fluid chamber 62 and a pill chamber 64 having a divide therebetween. A tear-away strip 68 is disclosed for access into the fluid chamber 62 along with a thin wire frame 72 for adding support to the fluid container. In other embodiments, the container 12 also contains variously designed means 20, 36, 48 for housing the pills 28. The container 12 may have multiple compartments 42, 44, 46 for holding liquids 24. Also, the pills 28 may be housed in a handle cavity 20 or base cavity 36 enclosed by a seal 22, 38. Alternatively, a pill cup 48 is provided having a tear strip 54 thereon for being releasably attached to the base 30 of container 12.

The present invention discloses a generally vertically standing rotatable support member 24 having mounted thereon a parallel pair of lazy tong assemblies or configurations 22 being a series of jointed and pivoted bars or arms, e.g., 28, capable of being extended over a great distance. Mounted on the distal end of the lazy tong assembly 22 is a spray head 32 having multiple spray outlets 42 and being fluidly connected to a supply of cleaning liquid 18 located on the outside of the vessel 12 which is being cleaned.
