Abstract: A resilient strap mount allowing for increased flexibility and movement of a user's shoulders and arms while wearing an athletic pack is presented. The resilient strap mount is constructed having a flexible body member consisting of two body member arms and a body member base. Shoulder harness straps, attaching to shoulder harnesses of the athletic pack, are each respectively threaded through one of the body member arms. An athletic pack strap, attaching to the base of the body of the athletic pack, is threaded through the body member base. In a preferred embodiment, each body member arm is constructed with a body member neck having a thinner width and thickness than the remainder of the flexible body member and each member neck has a pair of slot holes to allow for increased flexibility and stretching of the resilient strap mount.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for the identification of products in a media program and making such products available for consumer purchase is presented. A consumer utilizes a “BeamBack” device to initiate a “screen grab” and thereby express interest in a placed and/or advertised product. An identifying marker is transmitted in response to the consumer's interest to a product web-site, where still images of the product are displayed upon linking of the identifying marker to another marker identifying the still image. The identifying marker can be transmitted to the consumer's “BeamBack” device, computer, or web-page or directly to the product's web-site.

Abstract: A closure for a beverage container that has a cap for overlapping a mouth of the beverage container. An arcuate member attached to the cap having a pair of extremity portions separated from one another and a springing member is connected to the arcuate member proximate to one of the extremity portions that is angularly pivotally moveable in response to a manually applied force, between a first position at which the springing member closes and completes a continuous periphery of the arcuate member and a second position at which the arcuate member periphery is open.

Abstract: A simplified and user-friendly reusable modular building block system, for use by the professional architect or home design enthusiast, allowing for the creation of custom architectural scale models of building designs similar in appearance and function to professional scale models produced in architects' offices is presented. The building block system pieces are comprised of interlocking injection-molded solid plastic parts and grouped in five classes of various corresponding shapes and sizes. The construction and grouping of the block system pieces can be connected together at the user's discretion in a limitless variety of creative configurations, thereby forming the walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, door and window openings, and other building design elements of an architectural model at 1:48 scale (¼?=1?0?) based on the user's unique house design, or an existing design if so desired.

Abstract: A user-borne athletic pack having an easy to access water/liquid bladder through a rear entry back-flap is presented. A construction of the athletic pack allows for a separate rear compartment containing the bladder to be accessed by unfastening of a back-flap. The rear compartment is separated from the front compartment via material integrally connected on the inside of the athletic pack. The rear access back-flap and rear compartment allows for unhindered access, storage and control of the water bladder in either its full or empty state.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for a middleware approach to initializing and updating required data entry fields, pushing such required data entry fields to mobile devices and applications, collecting entered data from such mobile devices, and the synchronizing and integrating of the data is presented. A “form builder” software component allows for the creation of easy to read and use data entry forms by company management. A “web application” software component allows for the forms to then be distributed via electronic and/or wireless means to mobile client devices. A “synchronization server” software component allows for two-way communication, storage and conflict resolution (versioning) of the collected data. An “integration server” software component allows for external access to the collected and versioned data and modeling/mapping of such data. Thus seamless data entry, collection, updating, conflict resolution, versioning, storage, access and utilization is available.
