Abstract: An advanced data controlled cleaning system that consists of cleaning tools, cleaning mops and information-technology (IT) solutions. The system uses sensors to detect the presence of a cleaning mop in a room. The sensors communicate with an IT system which monitors the rooms in which the cleaning mop is used, the time that the cleaning mop entered the room, and the length of time that the cleaning mop remained in the room. The cleaning mop includes a motion sensor to monitor how often the mop head is swept back and forth across the floor. This motion information is used to ensure that the proper amount of work is performed in each room. The system also ensures that the mophead is itself cleaned at the proper time by counting the number of times the mophead is swept across the floor. The system provides cleaning fluid to the mophead based on usage, and stops application of cleaning fluid when the mophead itself requires service.
Abstract: A wood-burning oven is provided with a plurality of baking chambers arranged one above the other, a combustion region and a flue-gas guidance, it being possible for the individual baking chambers to be closed off in relation to the flue-gas guidance by pivotable baking-chamber flaps. Flue-gas-duct flaps are arranged in the flue-gas guidance so as to produce a meandering flue-gas guidance when the flue-gas-duct flaps and at least some of the baking-chamber flaps are closed.

The kit further includes a multiplicity of brush bristles, each having one end embedded within a base of an internal cavity of the upper shell, the bristles having a length sufficient to project into the absorptive paid when the lower edge of the upper shell is secured to an upper edge of the lower shell. The flat upper surface of the upper shell may include a surface defined by a peripheral edge proportioned for selectable engagement within the upper peripheral edge of the lower shell.
Abstract: In a system for pre-lubrication of an internal combustion engine of a vehicle having an oil reservoir and at least one oil passageway or galley in communication with an exterior of the engine, there is provided a fluid circuit, external to the engine, including a first conduit having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet in fluid communication with an output of the oil reservoir. The fluid circuit also includes an auxiliary oil hydraulic pump, including a pump motor having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet in fluid communication with the outlet of the first conduit. The fluid circuit also includes a second conduit having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet in fluid communication with the outlet of the pump, the outlet in fluid communication with the engine oil passageway and galleys. The fluid circuit also includes switches and timers for selectably actuating the motor of the oil pump for selectable periods of time prior to, and/or after, ignition.
Abstract: A speech or phrase emitting celebration device, in the nature of a piñata, includes a longitudinal axial channel within which is placed a complementally sized integrated circuit (“IC”) including a library of pre-programmed voice chips having phrases selected by random. The circuit is responsive to impacts or shocks upon a fanciful housing of the device sufficient to actuate a shock sensor switch thereof. A speaker, in electrical communication with the circuit board of the integrated circuit, is in mechanical communication with a speaker at an end of the channel so that the emitted phrase may be heard by those in the vicinity of the device. A hollow cylindrical sensor may be disposed within the interior channel to provide appropriate input to the shock sensor switch, or a more sensitive discrete element sensor may be used.

Abstract: A metallic stud for use in a framing structure, the stud definable in terms a x, y, z coordinate system. The stud includes the z-axis elongate substantially rectangular integral web within a yz plane and further includes a series of xz plane tabs projecting in an x-axis direction, the tabs alternating in x-axis extent between interdigitating greater and lesser dimensions, in which a z-axis line of dependency exists between a common xz plane of all of the tabs in a first major rectangular base of the yz plane of the web of the stud. The stud further includes a z-axis elongate L-shaped element integrally dependent from a second major rectangular base of the web, the elongate element parallel to the first base.
Abstract: In a wheel assembly of a motorcycle having a swing arm including a chain guard, positioned axially outwardly of a sprocket and an axle assembly locking element and further including a rear wheel hub bearing mounted upon an axle, a chain and sprocket secured to an outer radial face of the hub, and a chain drive mounted in rotational relationship to an engine of the motorcycle. Rearward of the assembly, the novel license plate relocating bracket includes an elongate bracket arm having a plane substantially parallel with the plane of the swing arm and an aperture in a forward end. The aperture is proportioned for engagement about the axle of the wheel assembly. A locking element secures an area of the bracket arm about the aperture of the wheel assembly.
Abstract: A device for the cleaning and maintenance of the cooling fins of a heat exchanger of an air conditioner unit includes a pistol-grip water nozzle having a water inlet providing a water pressure of between about 40 to about 80 pounds per square inch (about 300 cm Hg), the nozzle having a threaded outlet. The device also includes a hose adapter proportioned for securement to the nozzle outlet, the adapter having an outlet proportioned for receipt of a threaded inlet. Central to the inventive device is an elongate segment of cylindrical tubing having the threaded inlet as its inlet. The tubing segment includes a virtual vertical plane of symmetry defining respective left and right hollow semi-cylinders of the tubing, an outer lateral side of one of the semi-cylinders having an axial sequence of apertures in a line defining a right angle to the plane of symmetry, each having a diameter of between about 0.3 and about 0.6 millimeters and having respective axial separations of between about 4 and about 9 millimeters.
