Abstract: Disclosed is a method, apparatus, and design of a fusion welded pipe wherein the effects of an inner bead of the fusion weld are minimized. The internal shape of the pipe prior to welding may be configured in several different shapes so that the beads or lips produced by the fusion welding process are unobtrusive and do not interfere with the function of the pipe. In a likewise manner, the outer shape of the pipe prior to welding may be configured so that the lips are unobtrusive on the external surface of the pipe.
Abstract: The system of the present invention has a flexible bladder designed to provide for the transfer of liquids from a storage/transport unit to vehicles without the necessity of pumps and/or motors. The system includes a flexible, collapsible bladder that uses compressed gas or air, or a pressurized liquid, to pressurize the unit. The bladder is constructed with a flexible internal diaphragm which extends from a portion of the interior of the bladder, and separates the ends of the bladder. The system further comprises removable means to inject air, gas or fluid into the first end of the bladder and removable means to inject and expel the fluid stored in the second end of the bladder.
Abstract: A durable, adjustable, and collapsible target holder comprised generally of a pair of vertical poles vertically secured end to end, a pair of horizontal poles removable secured at adjustable heights to the vertical poles, and target restraint means secured to the ends of, and running the length of, the said horizontal poles. The target restraint means of the present invention comprise a flexible material capable of withstanding the direct hit of ammunition. Preferably, the target restraint means are a rubber strap with nubbings on the interior thereof to hold the target in place.
Abstract: An inexpensive, compact, on-site gas storage facility for the storage of natural gas uses steel pipes affixed end to end in a serpentine arrangement. The facility has a compressor, a decompressor or a pressure reducing regulator, a steel pipe storage system, and components for containing the gas in the system, controlling the delivery of gas to the system and expelling gas from the system for use or delivery of natural gas to end users. The facility includes monitors, filters or strainers, dryers, test stations and cathodic protection systems. The gas storage facility is usable in industrial, commercial, utility and residential applications.

Abstract: An anti-theft device for all-terrain vehicles comprising a hollow frame upon which the front or rear wheels of a vehicle rest, said frame being secured to a stable surface, locking structure substantially embedded within the frame, two slidable members engaged with the locking structure, and two wheel engaging end members affixed to the exposed end of said slidable members, which wheel engaging end members press against the wheel hubs of a vehicle thereby prohibiting removal of the vehicle from the stable surface when the locking structure is engaged.
