Abstract: A battery-powered electric dry shaver comprising an electric motor, two rechargeable batteries, a switch and a printed circuit board, all mounted in a casing. The motor includes conductive brush supports mechanically mounted on said board in direct electrical connection with respective conductive tracks of said board. The batteries are mechanically mounted on said board with their terminals in direct electrical connection with respective conductive tracks of said board. The switch includes a conductive switching element mounted on said board for movement between an "OFF" position and an "ON" position in which the switching element electrically interconnects two of said tracks, whereby to connect said battery terminals to said brush supports through said switching element and said tracks, no flexible conductive leads being employed.
Abstract: The present invention is concerned with (a) packages for flowable materials comprising a flexible laminated tape having two layers, a series of completely sealed pockets formed between the layers at intervals along the length of the tape and containing individual doses of material, and sealed openings in one of the layers through which the contents of the pockets can be discharged onto the surface of the tape by application of pressure to the tape and (b) dispensers for use with said packages.
Abstract: A shaving unit dispenser including means for locating a razor handle in a loading position in which a shaving unit can be transferred from a storage position in the dispenser to a position of operative engagement with the handle, and latch means which prevents movement of the shaving unit from its storage position, the latch means being operated to release the shaving unit by location of the razor handle in the loading position.
