Abstract: An improved construction and method of constructing a field-bendable stud-engaging tab for electrical box supports that can be formed with less tool wear and bent in the field (for example, to conform to particular electrical box depths) with less force than previously required, and when necessary, straightened and re-bent. Scores are formed in the tab during the manufacturing process by applying shear force with a punch to the sheet metal of the tab, typically by a method in which the punch is applied to a portion of the sheet metal that rests over a cavity in the die, creating a sheared edge in each score wherein the metal is at least partially fractured, said fracture coinciding with at least part of a corresponding bend line. The bend lines also comprise unscored areas. In the field, the tab can be bent and re-bent along the bend lines.

Abstract: A dual-swing breach training system is provided that includes a door having a removable strike plate therein and a removable means for adjustably securing the door and the doorframe in a coaxial position, that is readily removable to meet various training needs. A base for the system that does not obstruct access to the door during training is also provided.

Abstract: A device and method to be used in treating sleep apnea comprising a headband adapted by reason of its size and shape to fit around a person's head, a garment adapted to being secured to the torso portion of a person using the device consisting of a front section and a back section, a first strap affixed at an upper end to a location on the headband, a second strap affixed at an upper end to a second location on the headband, and wherein the first and second straps are affixed at their lower ends to the back section of the garment so as to provide sufficient tension in the straps to cause the person's head to be tilted backwards thereby opening the person's airway.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for determining and expressing the elastic moduli within a body of earthen material; the method and apparatus for processing the method follows the steps of: (a) establishing the location of the body; (b) determining the Young's Modulus E using the formula E=?Vp2; (c) determining the Shear Modulus ? using the formula ?=?Vs2; (d) determining a Bulk Modulus ? using the formula ?=?Vp2/3(1?2?) where ? equals Poisson's Ratio; and (e) selecting one or more of the determined moduli and entering such selected moduli in a data processor adapted to convert such selected moduli into a visual expression as, for example, a map of the selected moduli for the purpose of oil, gas or coal exploration, or earthquake hazard mapping.

Abstract: The invention provides a dining table including integral dishwasher units. An access cover providing access to the dishwasher is provided in the dining surface and is adapted for being recessed within portions of the dining surface while the user is dining. A perforate chute extending from below the dining surface into the dishwasher is used for placing and retrieving dishes and for storing dishes during washing. A pot washer is used to wash pots and other large utensils in a separate washer. The pot washer includes a pot washer basket which is slidably mounted on a fixed support in such a way as to be accessible through doors from either side of the table. A switch arrangement prevents the potwasher from being used except when the doors are closed. The control panel as well as compartments for condiments and the like are mounted in such a way as to be accessible to the handicapped.

In a second position the assembly provides a substantially horizontal lounge a portion of which is withdrawn from a stored position below the seats. The lounge when withdrawn includes the sitting surface portion of a selected one of the oppositely facing seats as part of the lounge and when stored utilizes such sitting surface portion as part of the selected seat.
