    Abstract: A method of producing a contact lens provided with an identifying mark is disclosed. According to this method, a printing liquid is first prepared by dissolving a pigment in an organic solvent which is permeable into a lens material for the contact lens. This printing liquid is applied to a predetermined portion of a lens surface of the contact lens, such that the printing liquid permeates into an interior of the lens, thereby to form a colored region on the lens surface. The colored region thus formed consists of a first portion permeating into the interior of the lens, and a second portion protruding from the lens surface. Then, the second portion of the colored region is removed so as to smooth the lens surface, whereby the identifying mark is constituted by the first portion of the colored region.

An image which has excellent in resistance to stains such as resistance to fingerprints and resistance to plasticizers, durability and preservability can be obtained by the present invention.

Alternatively, an end portion of the resistance heating element 2 is connected to the terminal 3 at a center portion in a thickness direction of the plate-like substrate 1.

    Abstract: A clip comprised of a head portion retained to a panel, and a leg portion inserted and retained in a mounting hole. The leg portion has a leg plate, elastic legs which project out from the longitudinally-extending transverse direction sides of the leg plate so as to form curved surfaces which face each other, and pawl portions protruded from the elastic legs. Curved outer surfaces of the pawl portions are disposed on a circular locus around central points on side surfaces of the leg plate, and have a greater curvature than the curvature of the mounting hole. As a result, when the leg portion is inserted into the mounting hole, the entire peripheral surfaces of the pawl portions do not contact the peripheral wall of the mounting hole, but only point-contact the peripheral wall of the mounting hole at points. Therefore, frictional force between the mounting hole and the leg portion is small, and insertion force is reduced.

Each of the electric signals includes an acoustoelectric signal insensitive to phase and a piezoelectric signal sensitive to phase. A processing device processes the pair of electric signals so as to remove the piezoelectric signal and obtain the acoustoelectric signal.

A thermal expansion coefficient of the cordierite honeycomb ceramics is less than 0.5.times.10.sup.-6 /.degree. C. within a temperature range of 40.degree.-800.degree. C. in a direction parallel to a flow passage of a honeycomb body. In the cordierite honeycomb ceramics including a ferric component, a ferric component is added from a talc as raw materials. The cordierite honeycomb ceramics having a low thermal expansion coefficient is obtained by mixing raw materials for cordierite generation to obtain a batch, extruding the batch into a honeycomb formed body, drying the honeycomb formed body, and firing the dried honeycomb formed body at a temperature range of 1350.degree.-1450.degree. C. After that, the sintered honeycomb body is immersed in an acid solution if necessary.
