Abstract: A target advertising system includes a user profile database configured to store browser-login mapping information associated with mapping of browser cookie information and login cookie information, an advertisement server configured to identify an access by a web browser and to transfer browser cookie information of the web browser to a user behavior server, and the user behavior server configured to receive the browser cookie information from the advertisement server, to identify, from the user profile database, user profile information of the browser-login mapping information corresponding to the browser cookie information, and to transfer the identified user profile information to the advertisement server.

Abstract: An Internet Protocol version 4/Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv4/IPv6) integrated network system includes at least one first node for creating identification information capable of identifying each secret key shared with at least one second node, and for exchanging the created identification information with each second node in a secure negotiating process. Each second node creates identification information capable of identifying each secret key shared with each first node, and performs the secure negotiating process based on the secret keys corresponding to the identification information exchanged through the secure negotiating process. Thereby, secure communication complying with Security Architecture for the Internet Protocol (IPSec) can be implemented based on the secret keys in the IPv4/IPv6 integrated network system of a Network Address Translation-Protocol Translation (NAT-PT) environment.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes an insulating layer and an undoped polysilicon layer that are stacked over a semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate is exposed by removing the portions of the undoped polysilicon layer and the insulating layer. The trenches are formed by etching the exposed semiconductor substrate. Isolation layers are formed in the trenches, and a doped polysilicon layer is formed by implanting impurities into the undoped polysilicon layer.

Abstract: A phosphor is formed with a glass coating layer on a surface of a phosphor grain to have improved moisture and/or thermal stability. A method for manufacturing the phosphor comprises preparing phosphor gains excitable by light, and forming a glass coating layer on a surface of each phosphor grain. The glass coating layer may be formed by mixing the phosphor grains with a glass composition; heat-treating a mixture of the phosphor grains and the glass composition to make the glass composition melt and surround the phosphor grains; and cooling and breaking the heat-treated mixture to provide phosphors, each comprising the phosphor grain having the glass coating layer formed on a surface of the phosphor grain.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of forming an ohmic electrode in a semiconductor light emitting element, comprising: forming a semiconductor layer having a light emitting structure on a substrate, sequentially laminating a bonding layer, a reflective layer and a protective layer on the semiconductor layer, and forming an ohmic electrode by performing a heat treatment process to form ohmic bonding between the semiconductor layer and the bonding layer and to form an oxide film on at least a portion of the protective layer; and a semiconductor light emitting element using the ohmic electrode. According to the present invention, since a reflective layer is formed of Ag, Al and an alloy thereof with excellent light reflectivity, the light availability is enhanced. Further, since contact resistance between a semiconductor layer and a bonding layer is small, it is easy to apply large current for high power.

Abstract: A method for fabricating an etching barrier includes forming wall bodies with a trench in between the wall bodies in a semiconductor substrate. An etching barrier is formed by performing a deposition having a directionality in an oblique direction with respect to the surface of the semiconductor substrate, wherein one of two bottom edge portions of the trench is not covered by the deposition due to a shadow effect by upper portions of the wall bodies.

The second substrate is provided with a common electrode thereon. The common electrode includes a first domain divider formed on the center of the first sub-pixel electrode and a second domain divider formed on the center of the second sub-pixel electrode.

Abstract: An automatic lubricant dispenser is detachably mounted on a bearing of a machine to continuously supply lubricant to the bearing. The dispenser includes a housing for storing the lubricant inside, a piston upwardly compressing the lubricant inside the housing, a spring installed at a bottom of the piston, for compressing and elastically supporting the piston, and a flow pipe installed vertically by extending through both the housing and the piston. The flow pipe is formed with an inflow hole on a top portion thereof and an inside hollow channel so that the lubricant compressed by the piston flows into the flow pipe and is then discharged into a bottom of the housing. An operator can voluntarily control the accurate flow amount of the fluent lubricant.
