Abstract: A substantially rectangular platform that has a top surface and a bottom surface. A pair of sectional tubular stanchions has one end connected to the platform. A cross-member is connected between the pair of stanchions other ends. A winch with a cable and an elongated carcass lifting member is mounted onto the cross-member. A pair of adjustable carcass leg retaining members each having one end secured to the winch's elongated carcass lifting member. The adjustable carcass leg retaining member's other ends are detachably securable to the carcass's legs. A pair of adjustable carcass skin retaining members each having one end secured to the platform by hooks. The adjustable carcass skin retaining member's other end is detachably securable to the carcass's skin.
Abstract: The present invention is a self-propelled ground aerating system. The system comprises, in general, a wheeled platform that has disposed thereon a power pack, a steering mechanism, a hopper for distributing materials, and a spiked drum. The spikes disposed on the drum are selectively positioned to engage the ground at a selected angle. The depth of penetration of the spikes into the ground may also be selected. The power pack provides the required power to a drive mechanism which in turn provides power to rotate the spiked drum thus propelling the present invention.
Abstract: An automatic system for vehicle location, collision notification, and synthetic voice communication having, if desired, three distinct operating modes: pre-collision, collision, and post-collision with another vehicle or object. A program stored in a controller's memory has a plurality of data structures formulated into instruction modules and at least one navigational location record. A Global Positioning Module receives data from an associated Global Positioning System and translates the received data into the vehicle's present navigational position. An Automatic Speed Controlled Location Detection Module in communication with the Global Positioning Module dynamically searches the memory for a match between the vehicle's present navigational position and the navigational location record.
Abstract: A bathtub mountable chair seat for the transfer of a physically challenged bather from the exterior of a typical bathtub to the interior of the bathtub for bathing. The chair seat allows wheelchair accessibility in confined spaces and mechanical maneuverability in transferring the bather. The chair seat provides support for the legs or the any portion or member of the legs of the bather during transfer and/or while bathing. The chair seat has a back attached thereto suitable for supporting the bather in a sitting position. The chair seat has a leg extension housing mounted thereto in such a way as to allow selectable extension of a portion thereof that supports the bather's legs. The chair seat along with the leg extension housing is rotatably affixed to a rectangular member that is slidably insertable into a rack adapted to rest on the longitudinal edges of the bathtub. The chair seat has an arcuately shaped telescoping frame canopy mounted thereto to aid the bather in standing while bathing.
Abstract: A portable towing apparatus for towing a disabled golf cart. The towing apparatus is preferably mounted onto the rear portion of a golf cart that is to be used in towing the disabled golf cart. The towing apparatus comprising, in part, a substantially inverted T-shaped member that has attached thereto a strut assembly and a gimbal cross member. A winch is provided and is mounted onto the inverted T-shaped member. The gimbal cross member engages the disabled golf cart and the winch in concert with the strut assembly disposes the disabled golf cart for towing. The gimbal movement of the cross member enables the golf cart under tow to traverse all types of terrain.
Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for positionally retaining flexible material. The apparatus is a substantially rectangular footed stand with an elongated cantilever member adjustably disposed along the footed stand's rectangular portion. A flexible material retaining mechanism is connected along the cantilever member's longitudinal length via a clamping mechanism. The retaining mechanism is selectively positionable about the clamping mechanism 360° in both the vertical and horizontal plane.
Abstract: A Venetian blind window covering in one embodiment comprises two individual Venetian blinds “A” and “B”. The Venetian blind “A” and “B” are detachably secured together by a bridge rail or bridge housing. The “A” section has a plurality of user controllable slats operationally disposed therein. The “B” section has a plurality of user controllable slats operationally disposed therein. The “A” and “B” sections are independently controllable by the user. The user may, if desire, raise, lower, or tilt section “A” independent of raising, lowering, or tilting section “B”. The window treatment “B” section of this embodiment may, if desired, be readily removed and replaced with a “C” section containing all of the attributes of the “B” section plus selected pictorial representations.
Abstract: A farm product baling system for transforming large rolls of baled farm product into smaller substantiality rectangular sized bales of farm products. The farm product baling system preferably incorporates a first conveyor thrasher subsystem connected to a standard type baler in such a way as to enable the first conveyor thrasher subsystem to convey and thrash the farm product prior to being baled by the standard baler. A first receiving conveyor subsystem may, if desired, be operatively connected to one end of the first conveyor thrasher subsystem in such a way as to facilitate the unrolling of the large baled farm products to the first conveyor thrasher subsystem. A mirror image of the first receiving conveyor subsystem and the first conveyor thrasher subsystem may, if desired, be operatively added to the farm product baling system to further increase volume of production in transforming large rolls of baled farm products into smaller substantiality rectangular sized bales of farm products.
