Abstract: A multi-tiered support structure, with each of the tiers having a horizontally rotating pivoted arm having a float and paddle arrangement on one end and the opposite end is attached to an air compressor. As the waves hit the paddles the pivot arms will operate the compressors to store energy. This energy can then be used to produce electrical or other types of energy.

Abstract: An improved planting device is disclosed. A multitude of planting apparatuses are suspended from wires strung between opposing frame members of a supporting bench. The planting apparatuses comprise a rigid cylindrical pot into which a soft plastic, soil containing sleeve is inserted. The sleeve can be made deeper to contain a greater amount of soil by lifting the pot and pushing the soil medium downward. The invention therefore provides the means to bury the overgrown stalks of viny plants in a progressively deepening soil medium.

Abstract: An improved animal carcass spreader which comprises a crossbar with spreader arms mounted thereon. The spreader arms are curvilinear members having end portions with spikes mounted thereon for spreading the ribs of an animal. One of the spreader arms is fixedly mounted at the distal end of the crossbar, while the opposing spreader arm is slidably mounted. The slidable spreader arm is provided with a handle and a ratchet lever. The ratchet lever permits travel of the slidable spreader arm only in a direction away from the fixed spreader arm unless said ratchet lever is manually disengaged by squeezing the ratchet lever towards the handle and a raised stopper is provided to prevent the ratchet lever from sliding completely off the crossbar.

Abstract: A belt that can be worn around a person's waist and which has a back support along a portion of the belt. The belt contains loops positioned along the sides of the belt to attach various elastic resistance elements for exercising a person's arms and legs.

Abstract: An applicator of liquid products, such as dyes, to hair in exact quantities and locations. The applicator is composed of a traditional alligator-style hair clip with two mutually opposed members connected by a spring mechanism. Mounted on one end of the upper member of the alligator-style clip is a membrane designed to hold the liquids for hair treatment. When filled with the liquids, the membrane is pressured, thereby forcing the liquid out of the membrane through holes located in the membrane, which then transports the liquid to the surrounding hair.

Abstract: A pet carrier with adequate ventilation for even a large animal. The carrier has a handle which can be folded to conserve space and retractable wheels which can be placed in a down position when moving the carrier with the pet inside, or can be placed in an up or inactive position when mobility is not necessary or when it is desired to maintain the carrier in a stationary position.

Abstract: A method of attaching a handle to a halyard winch on a sail boat in order to increase the mechanical advantage of the handle. The method comprises removing the standard halyard winch handle, removing the standard ship's wheel, and placing the ship's wheel on the halyard winch in place of the halyard winch handle. Also, a device is used to attach the ship's wheel to the halyard winch which has a first end inserted into the halyard winch and a second end for securing the ship's wheel thereto. Turning the ship's wheel will turn the halyard winch, and since the ship's wheel is larger than a normal winch handle, a mechanical advantage will be realized.

Abstract: An air heel configuration to be used in the construction of a shoe of any type, whether high-heel or flat heel, in which an inner heel portion is activated as the wearer steps downward to move a spring-loaded plunger upward, opening an outlet ball valve, forcing air into a pocket in the inner sole, the air being pushed through ventilation apertures in the toe air, thus cooling the feet. As the heel of the wearer is raised, the outlet ball closes and the intake ball opens, the spring-loaded plunger moves downward, the outlet all closes and the intake ball opens, creating enough force to draw air into the air chamber within the inner heel portion.

Abstract: An aerobic stepper having exercise related items and equipment stored therein. The stepper is made of an upper and lower locking section which, when locked together, can be carried as a unit by an external molded handle. The lower section has several compartments configured in shape and size to hold a water bottle, dumbbells and a folded towel. The upper section may store a folded workout mat which is retained by two straps having hook and loop end fasteners. The sections and internal compartment may be made by the plastic injection molding process or the blow molding process.

Abstract: A swing propelled vehicle, having a frame set on wheels, a swing device, a steerable axle, and a braking wedge to prevent the wheels from turning in more than one direction. The vehicle is propelled by the momentum generated by the swinging motion, and the braking wedge prevents back-and-forth oscillation of the vehicle, affording forward progress. The direction of travel can be reversed by switching the braking wedge from the front of the wheel to the back and vice versa. The occupant can steer the vehicle by means of a handle that attaches to cables on a pivotally mounted axle.

Abstract: A garment having pockets or other enclosures capable of mounting cooling packs such as gel packs therein. Thermally sensitive indicators, such as sensitive color gauge strips, are used to display the packs current effective temperatures. Thermal garment openings allow the packs to transmit cold to a user while the thermal indicators inform the user if the packs are too cold or too warm to be effective. Many different types of garments may utilize the principles behind this invention including headbands, wristbands and body vests.

Abstract: Eyewear including a clip body adapted to be attached to a bill of a cap and an eyepiece rotatably mounted to the clip body. The eyepiece may be rotated from an in use position to a flipped up storage position and intermediate positions. The eyepiece is also adjustable in a generally vertical direction with respect to the clip body via slots in the side of the eyepiece.

Abstract: A conventional hydraulic engine hoist equipped with a pair of support arms attached to the frame members of the hoist. One of the support arms is fixedly attached to a vertical frame member and the other support arm is attached to a horizontal fame member. The first support arm has a series of pins mounted thereon, and the second support arm has a forked end which cooperates with the pins to prevent the horizontal frame member from moving downward.

Abstract: A flexible protective transparent cap to be placed on the head of a user when receiving hair treatment. Holes are provided in the cap's housing to allow for the operator's use, to place the cap on the user and to discharge excess liquids. The discharge outlet holes consists of two distinct sets of holes with one set having larger sized holes placed near the bottom of the cap when in use.

Abstract: A space saving bracket having a horizontally extending leg with a series of aligned spaced pin hooks to receiving articles, such as tools or kitchen utensils, to be vertically hung from them. Each hook is rotatably mounted to the bracket to receive an article and to engage a hole in the article, The article may have a holed device fixed to the article, such as an eye screw, to vertically hang the article or it may have an upper receiving hole drilled in it. Two or more angled brackets can be aligned to support a shelf extending between them.

Abstract: A two piece shovel mounted on a vehicle such as snowmobile. A mounting cover extends over part of the vehicle's transmission and serves to support the shovel head and its attached upper handle section and the lower separated handle section. Cover prongs may engage holes in the handle sections along with several fasteners to provide this support. The shovel's head also overlaps and protects part of the vehicle's transmission. A series of holes in the upper handle section serve as receptors for a spring biased pin located on the lower handle section. By selectively engaging these holes with the pin, the total assembled handle length may be adjusted. Additional features include a lower handle compartment for emergency items and inscribed emergency procedures on the shovel head's back.

Abstract: An apparatus for preparing meatballs which comprises a meatball forming device and a meatball cooking device. The meatball forming device comprises a housing, which has a top opening communicating with a lower output tube. Between the top opening and the output is a mechanism having planar belts entrained around two pairs of rollers, said belts being opposably rotated by turning a crank handle on a single roller. The faces of the belts contact one another, and each face has matching, aligned semi-spherical indentions. Ground meat is pushed into the top opening, and the roller crank is turned to opposably rotate the belts. Meat is squeezed into the spherical space between the belts and communicated through the output. The meatball cooking device comprises several cooking trays with indentions for receiving a number of meatballs. The cooking trays are detachably connected to supporting members and may be stacked on top of one another in superimposed fashion.

Abstract: A pet litter box consisting of a box with a pair of hoppers. One of the hoppers is used to clean the litter box and has a mesh bottom for screening out solid waste from the litter. The other hopper is used for changing the litter and is the same as the cleaning hopper except it has a solid bottom.

Abstract: A pair of complimentary gear cutting hobs including a convex hob having a plurality of hob teeth, with each hob tooth defining on opposite sides thereof cutting edges having a convex shape. The convex shape is defined by an arc with a center of radius which lies in the plane of the bottoms of the teeth. The complimentary hob is a concave hob having a plurality of hob teeth, with each hob tooth defining, on opposite sides thereof, cutting edges having a concave shape which is defined by an arc with a center of radius which lies in the plane of the tops of the teeth.
