Abstract: The Centralized Vehicle Load Management System is hierarchical in nature in that it detects and remediates an overload which can be highly localized at one or more electrical substations or an overload which is widely distributed as a cumulative set of sub-critical loads. The Centralized Vehicle Load Management System operates to determine the load presented to the Electric Power Grid by vehicles which are served by service disconnects which are located at a plurality of points on the Electric Power Grid. The Centralized Vehicle Load Management System regulates the demands presented by the vehicles to the E-Grid thereby to spread the load presented to the Electric Power Grid over time to enable the controllable charging of a large number of vehicles.
Abstract: The Aircraft Emergency Services Call Management System enables the unique identification of each passenger wireless device in use in an aircraft and the corresponding identification of the passenger associated with the passenger wireless device. This passenger wireless device registration data is stored as database entries in a ground-based Automatic Location Identification (ALI) database which associates each aircraft with its registered passenger wireless devices. The origination of an emergency services call by any registered passenger wireless device results in the call being routed to a serving Public Safety Access Point (PSAP) where the passenger is connected to an emergency services operator. Since the aircraft flight crew and cabin crew are the only personnel on site that can be relied upon to provide some sort of emergency services response, they are included in the emergency services call.
Abstract: A flow control system includes a pump positioned in a wellbore to remove liquid from the wellbore. An isolation device is positioned downhole of the pump and is expandable within the wellbore between a sealed position and an unsealed position. The isolation device in the sealed position substantially reduces gas flow at the pump during removal of the liquid.
Abstract: The CapStratix System operates on a plurality of existing loans (a “designated portfolio”), held by a regulated Lender, using a pool of capital which is available from unregulated Investors, to dynamically re-compute loan packages. The CapStratix System arranges for the disaggregation of a Lender's designated portfolio of Mortgage Loans, each into discrete note amounts, including an A Note and a “RenuNote”, both (or all) secured by the same mortgage lien. This process facilitates the extension of the maturity dates of the loans, at new market pricing, and the restatement of other terms and conditions required for a successful sale of the RenuNote to an Investor, reducing Lender's assets and risk profile, thereby having a positive effect on a Lender's regulatory capital ratios, without requiring a change to the Borrower's ownership structure or risk exposure.
Abstract: The Virtual Aggregation Processor enables end user devices to share a common wireless forward path of a multicast communication architecture in which the forward path delivered content is dynamically changed or modified based on a real-time, near-real-time, or delay-time basis via aggregated reverse path feedback from at least one of a plurality of end user devices. The Virtual Aggregation Processor periodically or continuously aggregates the feedback input received via the reverse path (having wired and/or wireless connectivity), modifies the forward path multi-media content, and delivers this dynamically modified multi-media content to the then connected population of end user devices via a wireless forward path multicast in a repetitive closed loop fashion.
