  • Patent number: 7390024
Abstract: A test apparatus for testing the fluid tightness of pipes of different sizes includes a one-piece main body having a tubular portion defining a chamber with an internally threaded wall portion that can be screwed separately onto an externally threaded pipe in a fluid-tight manner. The one-piece main body has a head portion connected with the tubular portion. The head portion has a gauge port in fluid communication with the chamber. The head portion has a test fluid inlet port in fluid communication with the chamber and the gauge port. The gauge port has the same configuration as the test fluid inlet port whereby a test gauge can be connected in either the gauge port or the test fluid inlet port and a test fluid supply line can be the connected in either the test fluid inlet port or the gauge port.

  • Patent number: 6648164
Abstract: The present invention provides a pail and cradle system and method for collectively containing one or more chemicals. The cradle comprises an interior surface having an opening with a circumferential rim for reception onto the lip of a pail. The cradle further comprises an extended return so that when the lugs of a lid are crimped onto the pail, the cradle return is clamped by the lugs against the sidewall of the pail. A gasket is mounted under the rim of the cradle so that a seal is formed between the cradle and the top lip of the pail. The lid for the pail further comprises a groove in which a gasket is mounted for sealing the lid against the rim of the cradle when the lid is crimped to the pail assembly.

  • Patent number: 6616172
Abstract: A foldable wheelchair includes a pair of side frames each of which have generally horizontal upper and lower members which are connected by generally vertical front and back legs. A pair of cross arms are located between the side frames and each arm has a base portion connected to a lower side frame member. A top portion of each cross arm is connected to an upper side frame member through a positioning link. The side frames are laterally and vertically positioned with respect to each other by a pair of positioning braces each located on a base portion of a different cross brace. Each brace contacts the top portion of the remaining cross brace and thus positions the side frame. The wheelchair has a removable rigid seat to permit access to the cross braces so the wheelchair can be folded.

  • Patent number: 6612618
Abstract: A test apparatus for testing the fluid tightness of pipes of different sizes includes a one-piece main body having a tubular portion defining a chamber with a wall, the wall having at least four internally threaded wall portions. Each one of the internally threaded wall portions has a different diameter whereby the main body can be screwed separately onto at least four different diameter externally threaded pipes in a fluid-tight manner. The one-piece main body has a head portion connected with the tubular portion. The head portion has a gauge port in fluid communication with the chamber. The head portion has a test fluid inlet port in fluid communication with the chamber and with the gauge port. The gauge port has the same configuration as the test fluid inlet port whereby a test gauge can be connected in either the gauge port or the test fluid inlet port and a test fluid supply line can be the connected in either the test fluid inlet port or the gauge port.
