Abstract: A smart mailbox having a receptacle with a front panel door and a postal slot comprising; means for detecting receipt of a mail; an indicator connected to said detector for indicating receipt of a mail, and; means for electronically locking the mailbox thus providing a secure and smart mailbox. The means for detecting includes motion detectors or weight detectors or both and indicator includes a local and a remote indicator. Further said means for electronically locking may be an electromagnetically operated lock and a keypad. In addition the keypad may include a remote keypad for remote operations of the remote keypad and the remote indicator the mailbox provides a transceiver.

Abstract: A tool leverage attachment for use with digging or lifting tools which includes a saddle with curvilinear end, anchor channel and protruding flange together with Greek letter Pi (TT) shaped driver fulcrum consisting of a pressure bar perpendicularly affixed to protruding legs for enveloping the saddle bolt both of which are fastened together and to tool handle with U-bolt fastener.

Abstract: A 3 sided bracket shaped template for accurately drilling door knob and lock holes in doors comprising a template plate a at right angle to a lock plate again at a right angle to a reverse plate. The template plate and reverse plate each contain rectangular apertures for drill passage, and the template plate further has zee bracket sleeves on the bottom and both sides of the rectangular aperture for slidably mounting removable plate guides each with different perpendicular cylindrical extension guide for drills of varying sizes. The lock plate also has a centered circular hole with a tubular drill guide perpendicular to the lock plate.

Abstract: A cleaning tool with an elongated handle having a storage hook at one end and in one aspect a modified "V" shaped work piece holder at the opposite end. Optimally, the workpiece holder has bristles on a short side, a scouring pad on a long side and a scraper on its base. The best ratio for workpiece holder supports is two on the long side for every one on the short side. The optimum placement of worksurfaces is with the scrubber and bristles one inch apart and 26 degrees from the longitudinal axis of the handle and the scraper at the longitudinal axis of the handle and offset to one side. One form of scraper has a rounded nose tailored for cleaning between barbeque grill wires.

Abstract: A turntable for moving railcars is adapted to be concentrically positioned among a plurality of radially aligned, outer railways. The turntable has an azimuthally rotatable, annular frame having a spaced plurality of radially disposed, intermediate railways that selectively align with different ones of the outer railways. Also included is a platform having at least one central railway that can be aligned with at least one of the intermediate railways. This platform is mounted concentrically within the annular frame.
