  • Patent number: 8276448
Abstract: An sensor device with high detection accuracy. The sensor device includes an angular velocity sensor for outputting an angular velocity sensing signal, an acceleration sensor for outputting an acceleration sensing signal, and an output circuit for outputting the angular velocity sensing signal and the acceleration sensing signal. The output circuit outputs signals in a digital format according to the time-division system, so as to link timewise the angular velocity sensing signal and the acceleration sensing signal detected at the same timing as one signal.

  • Patent number: 7358648
Abstract: The invention provides a high-frequency torsion vibrator which can excite efficiently without having any paddle. The torsion vibrator is configured as a beam structure having an almost constant section and having no paddle and is disposed so as to be close to an electrode via a gap on the side surface of the beam thereof. An electrostatic capacitance between the vibrator and the electrode is adjusted so that the changing amount of the electrostatic capacitance per unit torsion vibration amount becomes maximum or the changing ratio of the electrostatic capacitance per unit AC voltage becomes maximum. This adjustment is made possible by controlling the thickness of the electrode in the case of using the semiconductor process. Further, when the vibrator is formed by monocrystalline silicon and the processing of the beam shape is performed by the anisotropic etching, the fine resonator which has a high Q value and has excellent surface property can be generated.

  • Patent number: 6229397
Abstract: An automatic gain control circuit having a plurality of receiving systems is structured to unify the receiving systems for performing level detection into one system and feedback data for controlling the gains of variable gain amplifiers 11a and 11b is subjected to correction of dispersion of the temperature characteristics between the variable gain amplifiers 11a and 11b of the receiving systems by operating a thermistor 31 so that a portion of an automatic gain control loop is made to be common without use of automatic gain control loops by the number corresponding to the number of the receiving systems.

  • Patent number: 6176426
Abstract: A card reader main unit includes has a magnetic head, a magnetic head holding device, and a partition wall. The magnetic head reads contents recorded in a card. The magnetic head holding device swingably holds the magnetic head. The partition wall prevents foreign materials from invading the card reader main unit. The partition wall has an opening through which the magnetic head holding device is inserted. An invasion preventing device is attached to the opening for the holding device, and has an opening through which the magnetic head is inserted and which is in close contact with the periphery of the magnetic head. Only a card data reading portion of the magnetic head is allowed to protrude through the opening to the card insertion face of the card reader main unit, whereby invasion of foreign materials from the outside is prevented.
