  • Patent number: 7186934
Abstract: An indication displayed by a display unit included in a pressure switch is inverted and the respective setting functions of push-button switches are reversed when the operator is obliged to look at the display unit from a direction opposite a normal looking direction or when the pressure switch is installed in an inverted position. A mode setting push-button switch 113 is operated to turn the indication indicating a set pressure displayed by a display unit 116 through an angle of 180°, a function to increase the set pressure of a first push-button switch 111 is reversed and a function to decrease the set pressure of the second push-button switch 112 is reversed.

  • Patent number: 7172439
Abstract: The present invention makes it possible to fix connector pins at low cost. Connector pins penetrate both a holding substrate and a main substrate. The connecter pins can be restrained from an outward radial direction by both wall surfaces of pin holes of the holding substrate, and wall surfaces of through-holes of the main substrate, thus improving upright-standability of the connector pins. The holding substrate is formed of a same raw substrate as the main substrate is formed of, and permanent resists which are laminated on the holding substrate, and ink used for silk screen printing to which the holding substrate is subjected, are made of a same material of the main substrate, so that fire resistance of the holding substrate and fire resistance of the main substrate are same. Therefore, if the main substrate clears a predetermined fire-resistance standard, the holding substrate also inevitably clears the predetermined fire-resistance standard.

  • Patent number: 7168676
Abstract: Disclosed is a two-port valve in which a fluid passage between two ports is gradually openable without a rapid flow rate, by stepwise lifting a valve member off a valve sent using two pistons, to open the valve in a phased manner. A cylinder portion 2 for driving a valve member 4 has a first piston 24 through which a valve shaft 11 slidably extends, a sleeve 35 movably disposed in a second pressure chamber 27 to limit an operating stroke of the first piston 24, and a second piston 37 slidably disposed in the sleeve 35 and connected to the shaft 11. In an initial phase of opening of the valve, the pistons 24, 37 acting like a unit are together moved to a position at which the first piston 24 contacts the sleeve 35, to slightly open the valve member 4. Thereafter, the valve member 4 is moved by the second piston 37 to its fully open position.

  • Patent number: 7162594
Abstract: To improve the convenience of using a memory module, there are provided indicator elements corresponding to types of access to semiconductor memory. The indicator elements are configured to correspond to the access type and indicate the frequency of this type of access to the semiconductor memory. The indicator elements are also configured to indicate the frequency of access to the semiconductor memory and hold an indication corresponding to the maximum frequency of the access. Furthermore, the indicator elements are configured to indicate the frequency of access to the semiconductor memory when a connection terminal 22 is connected to a motherboard connector 91 and a memory module connection terminal 82 is connected to a connector 23.

  • Patent number: 7147347
Abstract: A flashing light cable for electrically connecting a musical instrument or a microphone to an amplifier or to a sound system, for use by an entertainer to enhance the visual appeal of a stage performance. The cable comprises two jacks having an elongated cable portion extending therebetween. The cable portion comprises a conductive wire in electrical communication with each of the jacks, and a plastic insulation that sheathes the conductive wire. The plastic insulation has a plurality of spatially separated flashing light bulbs partially embedded therein. When the cable is used to electrically connect two pieces of electrical equipment, and when the equipment is selectively activated, current flows through the cable, thereby causing the light bulbs to be selectively and intermittently illuminated, and enhancing the visual appeal of a stage performance by the entertainer.

  • Patent number: 7117886
Abstract: A vacuum regulating valve has high controllability, wherein the opening of a valving member can be quickly and accurately controlled by using a small and inexpensive electric motor. In accordance with a signal indicative of a pressure set value and a pressure signal from the pressure sensor, the main controller in the valve control section outputs a signal for setting the opening of the valving member to a motor controller that controls the electric motor, and performs control to cause a pilot fluid to be supplied to a pressure receiving chamber of the piston, thereby causing the piston to move to the position of abutment with the stopper.
