Abstract: A rack of a cooking implement includes a surface for supporting food, opposed sides and opposed ends separated by the food supporting surface. The rack also includes opposing looped handles. A pan of a cooking implement has opposed end walls that are spaced apart at length further than the length of the rack and opposed side walls that are spaced apart at a width wider than the width of the rack. The pan also includes opposing upstanding handles. The handles include at least one horizontal resting surface for supporting the looped handle of the rack and at least one vertical retaining surface for abutting the looped handle of the rack. As a result, the looped handles of the rack are received and supported by the handles of the pan thereby permitting the rack to hang within the interior of the pan.

Abstract: A method for isomerizing aromatic compounds, wherein at least one aromatic compound is contacted with a zeolite-containing catalyst, and in which the zeolite is characterized in that:
(1) the minimum value of the pore aperture diameter of the major channels therein is larger than 0.65 nanometers, orthe maximum value thereof is larger than 0.70 nanometers, and
(2) the major channels do not intersect any others with larger apertures than oxygen 10-membered ring;
and the aromatic compounds are at least one selected from;
(a) aromatic compounds having at least three substituents,
(b) aromatic compounds having two substituents of which at least one is a halogen or has at least 2 carbon atoms, and
(c) naphthalene or anthracene derivatives having substituent(s),
wherein aromatic compounds having a relatively large molecular size can be efficiently isomerized.
Abstract: The present invention provides a register controlled delay locked loop (DLL) using an internal clock synchronized with an external clock as a delay monitoring clock source and a comparison standard clock source. The inventive register controlled DLL includes a first delay line; a second delay line; a delay model; a phase comparison means; a shift register control means; a master shift register; and a slave shift register.
Abstract: A rib suitable for use with a storage tank has a “Y” cross sectional shape including a trunk section and branches. Each of the branches includes a substantially flat upper surface for positioning adjacent to a tank wall. The branches together with the tank wall define an annular space which may be used as part of an annular space in a multiple wall tank. The rib preferably includes a high modulus material such as graphite or steel. The high modulus material may be present in the trunk, branches, or both.
Abstract: A method of fabricating an annealed wafer of high quality by forming a defect-free active region of a device and controlling an irregular resistivity characteristic. The method includes a first annealing step of pre-heating a silicon wafer at a temperature of about 500° C. in a furnace in an ambience of a gas selected from the group consisting of Ar, N2 and an inert gas including Ar and N2; a second annealing step of changing the ambience of the gas into a 100% H2 gas ambience, increasing the temperature to 850° C.-1,150° C., and carrying out annealing for about an hour by maintaining the increased temperature; a third annealing step of changing the ambience of the gas into a 100% Ar gas ambience, increasing the temperature to about 1,200° C., and carrying out annealing for about an hour while the temperature of about 1,200° C. is maintained; and a temperature dropping step of decreasing the temperature in the furnace below about 500° C.
Abstract: FeRAM and a method for generating a reference voltage are disclosed. The ferroelectric memory device includes: a memory cell unit having a plural memory cells equipping a ferroelectric capacitor and a first current gain transistor; a reference cell unit having a reference cell quipping a ferroelectric capacitor and a second current gain transistor; and a sense amp unit for comparing voltages, amplifying the voltage difference and outputting data, wherein a size of the two ferroelectric capacitor in the memory cell and the reference cell is identical and a size of the first current gain transistor and the second current gain transistor is different. As mentioned above, the present invention can generate a reference voltage by implementing different size of current gain transistors. Therefore, it can reduce time and cost to optimize a size of a ferroelectric capacitor for manufacturing high integrated 1T1C ReRAM.
Abstract: A steel sheet composition contains appropriate amounts of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al and N and 0.5 to 3.0% Cu. A composite structure of the steel sheet has a ferrite phase or a ferrite phase and a tempered martensite phase as a primary phase, and a secondary phase containing retained austenite in a volume ratio of not less than 1%. In place of the Cu, at least one of Mo, Cr, and W may be contained in a total amount of not more than 2.0%. This composition is useful in production of a high-ductility hot-rolled steel sheet, a high-ductility cold-rolled steel sheet and a high-ductility hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent press formability and excellent stain age hardenability as represented by a &Dgr;TS of not less than 80 MPa, in which the tensile strength increases remarkably through a heat treatment at a relatively low temperature after press forming.
Abstract: A baseball-style cap having a sweatband woven to form a tubular channel. The cap includes a crown main body, a visor, and the sweatband. The sweatband is connected to the lower peripheral edge of the crown main body. The tubular weaving of the sweatband reduces manufacturing steps as no sewing of two unjoined ends is necessary. In addition, the sweatband is woven of thread having good moisture absorbency such that subsidiary materials for enhancement of perspiration absorption are not required. The resulting sweatband is uniform in appearance, having the same look on both the inner and outer surfaces, upgrading the quality of the sweatband and enhancing aesthetic appeal.
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a method and apparatus capable of transmitting/receiving a message between persons carrying devices of the same kind, together with a desired reproduction time of the message, when the devices are connected to or come close to each other. The message exchanging method according to the present invention comprises the steps of storing a message and its desired reproduction time; checking whether an outer device is the device of the same kind based on a signal from the outer device; transmitting the message and its reproduction time to the outer device according to the check result; and reproducing the message in the outer device at the reserved time for reproduction of the message. According to the present invention, it is possible to let persons who carry portable device of the same kind for exchanging private messages listen to the messages at the desired time, which is set by the person at the transmission side.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of forming a gate electrode in a semiconductor device. Upon deposition processes for forming doped and undoped polysilicon films constituting a gate electrode, the deposition processes are performed at different temperatures. Thus, generation of an alien substance on the surface of the doped polysilicon film can be prohibited. As a result, the gate electrode having no defect can be implemented.
