Abstract: A flow regulator for a water pump, comprising a valve body, a left piston, a right piston, a connecting rod, a spring, and a conduit. The valve body is roughly shaped like a cross, having a passageway in a vertical direction and a left tube and a right tube in a horizontal direction, respectively enclosing a left chamber and a right chamber. The left and right pistons are glidingly movable inside the left and right tubes, respectively, being connected by the connecting rod. The spring is inserted between the right piston and a right cap on the right tube. The conduit is placed inside a side wall of the left tube, transmitting water pressure from the passageway to the left chamber. The control element is by water pressure pushed towards the passageway, narrowing the passageway. This is countered by an elastic force of the spring, so that controlled water flow and pressure are achieved.
Abstract: A sheet member impression structure formed of a rod member and two sheet member impression devices is disclosed in which each sheet member impression device includes a casing slidably mounted on the rod member, an adjustment unit mounted inside the casing and partially extended out of the casing for operation by the user to adjust the position of the casing on the rod member, and a press member supported on the bottom side of a spring member inside the casing and forced by the spring member to press on a pressure board keeping a transferring sheet member smooth.
Abstract: A baby tricycle steering control arrangement is disclosed to include a base frame, a head unit and a steering control bar respectively pivoted to the front and rear sides of the base frame, a swivel member pivoted to the pivot between the front side of the base frame and the head unit and fixedly connected to the head unit, a link received in the base frame and coupled between the bottom end of the steering control bar and the swivel member for enabling the head unit to be controlled by the steering control bar, and a spring member coupled between the swivel member and the base frame and adapted to return the head unit to the middle position automatically after release of biasing force from the steering control bar.
Abstract: An oil pressure cylinder has an adjusting ring. The adjusting ring is prolonged and is formed by two parts which are buckled with one another. An elastic element is used to buckle the adjusting ring. A spring is embedded at a slot of the adjusting ring so as to tightly seal the adjusting ring. The sealing washer in the steel tube has a plane shape and has a convex ring. An outer side of the convex ring is enclosed by an elastic wearing compensating spring; a connecting portion of the selecting seat with the adjusting ring is formed as a plane for matching the plane sealing washer. The adjusting ring is formed integrally, the adjusting ring has an opening, the opening has two parallel long sides and two parallel short sides, four corners of the opening are cambered; in interior of the adjusting ring has a plurality of blocks.
Abstract: A combination lock comprises a tumbler wheel assembly, a backup locking assembly comprising a keyhole, a shaft, and an inner projection having a half circular section, a pivot assembly having a dog and an engagement member, a push button secured to the pivot assembly, a U-shaped shackle pivotably fastened at the lock housing, and an L-shaped resilient member. A correct combination of tumblers and a subsequent pressing of the push button will disengage the dog from a slot at one leg of the shackle and thus exert an elastic force of the resilient member on the leg for pushing the leg out of engagement with the lock. Should either the combination be forgotten or the combination be changed by another person, a turning of the shaft about 90 degrees by inserting a key into the keyhole will turn the projection and the engaged engagement member for releasing the dog.
Abstract: An image sensor includes a substrate, a frame layer, signal input terminals, a photosensitive chip, a transparent layer, a plurality of wires and a glue layer. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The frame layer is placed on the first surface to form a cavity together with the substrate. The signal input terminals are formed on the frame layer. The photosensitive chip has plural bonding pads, and is placed on the first surface of the substrate and positioned within the cavity. The transparent layer is placed over the frame layer to define, in the cavity, at least one exposure area through which the bonding pads of the photosensitive chip are exposed. The wires penetrate through the exposure area and electrically connect the bonding pads to the signal input terminals. The glue layer covers the exposure area to seal the plurality of wires.
Abstract: This invention generally relates to a method and apparatus for securing data contents stored in a non-volatile memory. More specifically, data contents to be stored a flash memory are first partitioned into block based data and rotated such that the addresses are scrambled. During a read operation, a random sequence generated through a random number generator causes contents of the retrieved data to also include original and extra (dummy) data. Through filtering and reverse rotation, original data contents are recovered. Accordingly, data contents in the flash memory are protected against unauthorized access, revision, or modification.
Abstract: A base plate support for a container, comprising a main body, horizontal fastening plate, and at least one vertical fastening plate. The main body has a tube-like structure extended along a longitudinal direction and an upper side which is by a gap divided into two half-plates. A connecting plate bridges the gap inside the tube-like structure. The horizontal fastening plate extends from a lateral side of the main body for holding a base plate of a container. The vertical fastening plate extends from an upper side of the main body for holding a lateral wall plate of the container, continuing from one of the two half-plates. A force generated by a bomb blast flexibly deforms at least one of the two half-plates and is thus effectively absorbed.
