Abstract: A simple, small, light weight and economical device for catching and holding a dog's waste before it falls on the ground. The device would be held on the dog's tail by a fastener with a simple clip mechanism. Two flexible retractable arms, in the shape of a trapezoid with no base, are attached to the fastener enabling a simple adjustable folded diaper to be caught and placed in the right position to catch and hold the dog's waste before it falls on the ground or grass. When not in use the device might be folded and become compact and easy to carry.

A first conductive deionization surface is positioned within a field line of said first electric field source. An electric conductor is connected to said first conductive deionization surface and is adapted to discharge charge built up due to attracted ions located on the first conductive deionization surface. Hydrogen is produced on said first conductive deionization surface when said first conductive deionization surface is positioned within the water.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of correction of misspelled and confused words in a phrase written in a natural language, as well as a computer system employing this method. The method of the invention comprises creating a fast-lookup N-gram database for context spelling combined with editing and phonetic rules, POS and grammar bindings. Employed in the computing system the method permits to achieve fast and efficient spelling correction with a high correction success level for most difficult texts. The method of the invention does not require any pre-training or pre-learning user-specific patterns of errors.

Abstract: An apparatus for 3D representation of image data, comprises: a structure identifier for identifying structures in motion within image data, and a skeleton insertion unit, which associates three-dimensional skeleton elements with the identified structures. The skeleton elements are able to move with the structures to provide a three-dimensional motion and structure understanding of said image data which can be projected back onto the input data. As well as individual elements, complex bodies can be modeled by complex skeletons having multiple elements. The skeleton elements themselves can be used to identify the complex objects.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for providing silently selectable audible communication. The apparatus may include a memory unit for storing a plurality of pre-recorded messages, and a messaging module for selecting, editing and/or transmitting selected messages to a second party for receipt in a voice mode, whereby a conversation may be implemented in a silent mode by at least one party. A method is also provided for adding new messages (or editing old ones) to a silently selectable audible communication system, and for conducting a silently selectable audible conversation.
