    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus of non-system bus width data transfer executable at a non-aligned system bus address. In one embodiment, a method of a controller is described. The method includes applying a FIFO buffer having a buffer width (e.g., determined using a transfer algorithm) that is wider than that of a system bus width. A system bus that permits transfer of data amounts which are non-integer multiples of a width of the system bus is used. The system bus is designed such that it supports any non-aligned system bus address. Data is transferred between devices coupled to the system bus.

In one embodiment, a method includes generating an array of fingers between a power ring and a die, applying a signal wire between a bond pad of the die and a particular finger of the array of fingers, and applying a shielding wire between an adjacent bond pad and the power ring, such that the shielding wire is longer than the signal wire and does not couple to any of the array of fingers. The shielding wire may be placed between adjacent ones of the signal wire to minimize crosstalk between the adjacent ones of the signal wire.

In one embodiment, a method includes patterning a nanotube structure adjacent to a transistor layer in an integrated circuit, and coupling a power region in the transistor layer to at least one power source based on a state of the nanotube structure. Nanotube material may be sputtered over a plurality of layers to form the nanotube structure. The nanotube structure may be curved to flex to a conductive surface when a current is applied to the nanotube structure. The power region may be coupled with at least two power sources that are concatenated together to provide cascaded current to the power region. One or more power regions in the integrated circuit may be enable based on the patterning the nanotube structure and the coupling of the power region to at least one power source.

The gas may modify an operating state of the devices from the undesired temperature to the desired operating temperature. A heat structure coupled to the vented cover and the side face may absorb a portion of an energy dissipated by at least one of the devices. A printed circuit board may be formed along an opposite face relative to the vented cover to enable the gas to escape to the external location through a cavity of the apparatus.
