  • Patent number: 5454685
Abstract: Unloading Apparatus for Use with a Cargo Container. The cargo container defines an interior cargo space and has a floor, left and right side walls, a front wall between the left and right side walls at the end of the floor and an opening at another end of the floor opposite the front wall. A liner is placed over the floor and extends from at least the front wall to the back opening. The unloading apparatus attaches to the cargo container at the back opening and has a frame with twist locks on it to connect into openings in the back of the container. The frame also has an mandrel rotatably supported by it and laterally extending from the left side to the right side of the frame. The mandrel includes a device for attaching the edge of the liner adjacent the back opening of the container to the mandrel. A drive device is mounted on the frame which engages the mandrel and rotates it so that the liner winds onto the mandrel as it rotates.

  • Patent number: 5153944
Abstract: A process or method for altering pants so that they can be used either as shorts or long pants. The process comprises taking a pair of long pants and marking a predetermined length for shorts around the circumference of the legs at the predetermined length. Permanently attaching a first fastener strip to the circumference of the leg of the pants at the predetermined length for shorts. Cutting the first fastener strip and pants along the center of the first fastener strip so that the first fastener strip is cut in half at its center and the pants are cut leaving two separate severed lower leg portions which have half of the first fastener strips at the top edge and an upper pants portion forming shorts which has half of the first fastener strip at the bottom edge of each leg portion of the shorts. Taking a second fastener strip and attaching it to the first fastener strip at the bottom edge of each leg of the shorts to form shorts.

  • Patent number: 5018924
Abstract: A farm utility wagon for carrying round or cylindrical bales with a wagon frame, wheels and axles and a superstructure, the superstructure running from the front to the rear of the wagon and centered on the center longitudinal axis of the wagon frame. The superstructure has two parallel channels running from front to rear which are formed by a center raised portion or A-frame structure and adjacent wedge shaped structures fixedly attached to the A-frame structure. The superstructure is pivotally attached to the rear of the wagon and can be raised or lowered by a hydraulic element attached to the top front of the wagon frame and the front bottom of the superstructure. When the superstructure is in a lowered position, two parallel rows of round or cylindrical bales can be loaded onto two parallel channels. When the superstructure is raised, the bales are ejected off to the rear of the wagon.

  • Patent number: 4930958
Abstract: A farm utility wagon for carrying round or cylindrical bales with a center superstructure running from the front to the rear of the wagon. The superstructure can be raised or lowered by hydraulic cylinders. When the superstructure is in a lowered position it forms with the wagon base two parallel channels on to which two parallel rows of round or cylindrical bales can be set and moved. When the superstructure is raised, the bales are forced off to the side.
