Abstract: The present invention in its preferred embodiment comprises a combination pack and frame, which is convertible to a chair. The frame includes a generally rectangular shaped back section fixedly connected to the pack and a generally rectangular seat section that is indirectly connected to the pack and pivotally connected to the back section. The back and seat sections contain back and seat support panels, respectively, that are integrally formed with the material of which the pack is constructed. Each of two adjustable shoulder straps is attached at one of its ends to the front portion of the seat section and at its opposite end to the bottom portion of the pack and which, in the chair mode, wrap around the chair legs to give the legs added support.

Abstract: A custom cone machine for the use on or off the place of dispersement for use of edible containers to serve varying types of food, such as dairy products, salads, etc. fresh and of varying ingredients commensurate with the type of food served. The machine is fully automatic in the timing, cooking and ejection of the finished cone. The injection of the batter requiring approximately 3 seconds, is with a hand held batter injector that does not require any particular skill in its use. Due to is being automatic in all phases of the cooking and ejection cycle, eliminates the handling of hot cones and equipment by the operator and is a distinct safety advantage over the present on-site cone making machines.Due to its unique injection and cycling action varying shapes, designs and sizes of food or dairy products, edible serving containers can be produced in a like manner as of the cones by the design and shape of the cooking heads.

Abstract: The present invention of a self-contained nail polishing device comprises an elongated and flexible tubular shaped housing, which includes an interior chamber for containing liquid nail polish, exterior sidewalls, a valve assembly at one end to adjust airflow to the chamber, and a brush mounted on the opposite end of the housing to receive polish from the chamber, when pressure is exerted on the sidewalls, for applying same to finger and toe nails.

Abstract: An embroidery frame or fixture having a generally rectangular shape, side members and front and back members that define the perimeter of the frame, a clamp that extends across the frame having ends that attach to the respective side members and a cross member that extends across the approximate mid-section of the frame having ends that attach to the respective side members. The cross member includes a plurality of vertically oriented teeth that penetrate and grab a portion of the back of the hat to assist in drawing taut the working area on the front portion that is to be embroidered or monogrammed. The clamp and the cross member are slidably adjustable along the length of the frame, but are fixed securely to the side members when the hat is mounted to the frame and in the process of being monogrammed or embroidered. The frame is constructed so as to be easily mountable to the pantograph.

Abstract: An amusement and novelty device including a simulated human hand that vibrates and moves concurrently to give it a lifelike appearance. The hand is substantially hollow and contains a motor and a shaft rotatably connected thereto with a plurality of disc-shaped plates eccentrically mounted upon the shaft, which projects into the cavity of the hand to terminate within the recess defined by one of the fingers. The motor is secured and held substantially fixed within a motor mount, which is formed by reversing and then tucking in excess material that is attached to the rear of a wrist and then causing it to overlap and coincide with the walls of the cavity defined by the wrist to fit tightly around the motor. Activation of the motor rotates the shaft which then causes the finger to revolve either clockwise or counterclockwise, depending upon the preference of the user. The hand will move to the right when the finger revolves clockwise and to the left when the finger revolves counterclockwise.
