Abstract: A decal plate assembly for a motocross motorcycle includes an underlying base plate such as a number plate that is mounted to the vehicle. A decal having printed indicia thereon is attached to the base plate via adhesive or being integrally molded into the base plate. Additionally, the transparent cover plate at least partially covers a portion of the decal and the underlying base plate to prevent wear of the decal. This is particular applicable to high wear regions such as in the boot area of the motocross motorcycle where decals are typically subject to high wear.
Abstract: A pump arrangement and method of regulating pressure of a pump arrangement are provided. The pump arrangement includes an actuation pump, a pressure regulating valve, and a control valve. The actuation pump has an actuation pump outlet providing an actuation pump discharge flow. The actuation pump discharge flow is piped to opposite sides of a regulator valve member that selectively adjusts an amount of fluid that is bled from the actuation pump outlet such that the actuation pump outlet pressure is used to regulate the actuation pump discharge pressure. The actuation pump discharge flow is separated into first and second portions to provide opposing forces on the regulator valve member. The control valve is operably interposed between the actuation pump outlet and the valve member to selectively adjusts the amount of biasing applied by the second portion of the actuation pump discharge flow on the regulator valve member.
Abstract: A target system providing various target arrangements is provided. The varying target arrangements provide different visual presentations to the shooter to increase the shooting experience. Various target arrangements include auto-resetting targets that do not require user input to reset. Further, one target arrangement is an active target that continuously changes its visual presentation to the user.
Abstract: A multi-layer filter media including at least one layer of melt-blown fiber filter media and at least one layer of electrospun nanofiber filter media is provided. The multi-layer filter media of the present invention is configured such that the at least one layer of the melt-blown fiber filter media is on the upstream and the at least one electrospun nanofiber filter media is positioned downstream of the at least one melt-blown fiber filter media.
Abstract: A fuel delivery and control system is provided including a dual pump fluid circuit configuration comprising a fixed positive displacement pump sized to supply the main engine burn flow ranging from above windmill through cruise and a variable displacement pump sized to supply fluid to engine actuators, valves and other hydraulically operated engine components with a pump flow sharing system interconnecting the two pumps. The combined flow from the two pumps is sufficient to meet the engine flow demand for windmill relight and maximum flow conditions. During cruise or normal operating conditions, the pumps operate in completely isolated flow circuits, minimizing recirculation and therefore heat input into the fuel supply system.
Abstract: A compound having the structure: wherein R1, R2, R, R, X, Y and Z are as defined herein. The compounds are estrogen receptor modulators useful for the treatment of proliferative disorders.
Abstract: A diagnostic and testing apparatus and related methods for the use of the same are disclosed which derive and use antibodies to equine albumin and equine hemoglobin in testing apparatus, kits, and methods for detecting and localizing gastric and colonic ulcers or bleeding in horses. Fecal droppings from a horse to be tested are placed in a container together with a buffered liquid solution and mixed thoroughly, following which several drops of liquid from the container are placed into a test kit. Visual markers in the test kits signify the detection of the indicators equine hemoglobin and equine albumin, which are respectively indicative of the presence of gastric and/or colonic ulcers or bleeding.

Abstract: A suction screen member is provided that bridges the inlet port and entrance port between a compressor housing and a suction duct in a scroll compressor. The suction screen member also serves to screen fluid entering the scroll compressor to prevent particulates from entering the scroll compressor. The suction screen member may be formed from only two components, including a sheet metal body that has a folded over section to provide a mounting segment that mounts into the inlet fitting for the outer housing and a tubular extension. Crimping of the folded over segment can secure the screen thereto. Other embodiments may have employ welding for screen attachment.
Abstract: A bearing material composition that lines a support includes a combination of a thermoplastic conforming material and abrasive particles which provide a combined effect for remedying the effects due to edge loading that may be caused by misalignment between the bearing and a shaft to which a portion is rotatably mounted. The conforming material may be PTFE such that it does not have a memory and is subject to cold flow and creep. As a result, misalignment problems and edge loading are remedied by the combination of abrasive removal of metal material from the drive shaft at the location of edge loading and creep of the conforming material at the location of edge loading which may provide an overall greater bearing interface surface.
Abstract: A dust-collecting pipe for a vacuum cleaner can efficiently and easily clean an area such as the top surface of a wardrobe, an area under the wardrobe, or a heat radiator of a refrigerator, which are not easily reachable by the suction port of the dust-collecting pipe. The dust-collecting pipe includes a coupling part detachably coupled to a front end of a telescopic pipe or a front end of a control handle of the vacuum cleaner; an extension integrally extending from the coupling part; and a suction part having a bent portion angled in one direction from one end of the extension and a hollow dust-collecting port formed in a terminal end of the suction part.
Abstract: An auxiliary lighting energy interruption system for use with snow plows and like front-mounted vehicle accessories is disclosed which facilitates the interconnection of such systems to the lighting system of a vehicle upon which the vehicle accessory is mounted to provide power to and to control the auxiliary lights with the lighting system of the vehicle. The system provides first and second harness portions for respective installation on the vehicle and the vehicle accessory, with the first harness portion having a first configuration when it is not connected to the second harness portion and a second configuration when it is connected to the second harness portion. The first configuration allow the headlights on the vehicle to operate, while the second configuration allows only the headlights on the vehicle accessory to operate, with changes between the first and second configurations being accomplished without the need for a switch or a relay.

Abstract: A system and method for producing a spool having a length of tubular fabric wound thereupon is disclosed, the tubular fabric being substantially spirally wound upon a core with consecutive windings of the extended length tubular fabric being located close adjacent each other, and with consecutive rows of the extended length tubular fabric overlaying each other on the hollow core. The winding operation simultaneously controls both the lateral position at which the tubular fabric is wound onto the core and the rotation of the core to achieve the tight and highly compact winding operation, with the speed of the winding operation being controlled according to the amount of the tubular fabric which is available at any given time. The tubular fabric is suitable for use in the manufacture of paint roller covers.
