Abstract: A fueling crane comprises an extensible boom rotatably associated with a pedestal wherein the extensible boom has a first end rotatably affixed to a fuel inlet pipe mounted on the pedestal and a second end terminating in a fueling nozzle. The extensible boom has at least one elbow joint between the first end and the second end wherein the elbow joint permits the fueling crane to provide fuel to any vehicle spaced from the pedestal within a given radius. The extensible boom is generally disposed in an upright manner wherein the elbow joint is spaced horizontally from but substantially directly above the pedestal and the second end is substantially adjacent the first end when the extensible boom is in a storage position. The improved extensible boom has means for returning the fueling nozzle to the storage position with the fueling nozzle disposed directly over a fuel drip collector thus providing for an environmentally secure fueling station.
Abstract: An inline sampling device adapted to remove a representative sample drop-wise from a fluid flowing through a fluid line through a sampling probe disposed in the fluid line wherein the sampling probe has at least one fluid receiving, volume relief port adapted for receiving a multiplicity of drop-wise samples of fluid flowing through the fluid line and for discharging a portion of the volume of a sampling container. The device is particularly suitable for testing for mastitis in milking animals.
Abstract: An integrated medicament package comprises a prefabricated medicament container having a plurality of initially open top blisters, a closure cover affixed to one marginal edge thereof by at least one living hinge, the closure cover having at least one clasp on an open end of the closure cover opposite the living hinge, the blisters arranged in rows and columns separated by longitudinal and transverse shoulders, at least one of the longitudinal and the transverse shoulders having perforations therethrough wherein the prefabricated medicine container is adapted to be separated along the perforations into a plurality of units, and a sealing sheet with medicament information at a location corresponding to the at least one said plurality of blister such that the medicament information on the outside surface of the sealing sheet corresponds with the medicament in the blisters, the medicament information comprising the name of the patient, the name of the medicament, the dosage of the medicament, the time of day, th
Abstract: A multiple hazard marker system consists of at least one multiple hazard marker, a deployment vehicle, a deployment surface and a deployment device for deploying the multiple hazard marker. The multiple hazard marker comprises a ground engaging portion, an upper portion and a central portion. The multiple hazard marker will remain erect when deployed and includes a visible marker for marking a position upon a field where deployed. The multiple hazard marker further has collapsible elements that expand upon deployment, a signaling device, a receiver for activating the signaling device and transmitter associated with the signaling device.
Abstract: A method and apparatus to increase the fuel economy of a diesel engine having an injection system fuel rail by increasing the flow rate of fuel being returned to the tank hence decreasing the temperature of the fuel returned to the tank from the fuel rail while maintaining a given pressure at the fuel rail.
Abstract: A self-pivoted catcher for the up-stacking of die-cut thermoformed components comprises a low mass loop of material having opposed ends thereofjournaled in a guide pin which is affixed in a narrow web of a catcher plate between apertures therein. The catcher is adapted to move upwardly with movement of the die-cut component as the individual component is separated from a previously die-cut larger sheet of components by the pusher as the pusher is advanced through the catcher plate. The loop is also adapted to engage the underside of a lip of the die-cut component thereby retaining the die-cut component on an upper side edge of the catcher.
Abstract: A portable building comprising wall panels, studs, floor panels, floor support members, roof panels, truss members may be transported in the bed of a pickup truck, erected on one building site, used for living quarters at the site, disassembled at the one building site, transported in the pickup truck to a new site and erected on the new site. Erection of the portable building is easily accomplished in less than six man-hours. The portable building will withstand a side load equivalent to an 80 mile per hour wind and a roof load of 40 pounds per square foot.
Abstract: An artificial palm tree having a planar base, a central support, an exterior covering and a separable crown. The central support of the artificial palm tree has one end flexibly affixed to the planar base. An exterior covering constructed around the central support is substantially greater in diameter than the central support and has the separable crown removably affixed to a free end of the central support.
Abstract: A method of producing abstract artwork comprises the steps of mounting a substrate to be painted upon a frame, placing the frame with the substrate thereon in an airstream, passing an airstream through a defined tunnel, defining a venturi adjacent one end of the tunnel, disposing a plurality of discharge ports across a venturi passage of the tunnel in a low pressure zone thereof, selectively allowing a medium from at least one of the discharge ports to be picked up by the airstream whereby the airstream carries the medium from the discharge port to the substrate wherein the substrate receives the medium thereupon thus creating abstract artwork.
Abstract: A cylindrical golf putter provides a better feel, better club head balance and a better visual impression for the golfer so as to improve the golfer's chances of making a successful putt. The putter shaft is inserted through the center of mass of the club head and extends nearly to the bottom side surface of the club head. The club head has a toe end and a heel end which are provided with cavities within which inserts of varying length and weight may be inserted. Sight line grooves are provided on the club head to promote visual alignment of the club head with the ball and target hole. The sight line grooves may be painted with highly contrasting paint to enhance the visual impression.

Abstract: An electronic eye depth testing method comprises a three dimensional cubic space displayed on a display screen, wherein the cubic space has a first image of a three dimensional object and a second image of a three dimensional object randomly placed within the cubic space. The first image is located at the intersection of two perpendicular horizontal planes and a vertical plane perpendicular to said two horizontal planes and the second image is located at the intersection of two perpendicular horizontal planes and a vertical plane perpendicular to said two horizontal planes. A subject to be tested for depth perception is directed to move the images into convergence in the center of the cubic space.
