The hand-held multi-function electronic lottery device includes a housing, a keypads a magnifier ticket reader windows and an L.E.D display. The housing has a front with a lower portion and an upper portion, a back with an upper portion that has a slot therethrough for inserting the user lottery ticket therethrough, a top, a bottom, and a pair of sides. The keypad is disposed on the housing. The magnifier ticket reader window is disposed on the housing and allows the user lottery ticket number on the user lottery ticket to be magnified and viewed therethrough when the user lottery ticket is inserted through the slot in the housing. The L.E.D. display is disposed on the housing.

Abstract: A ratcheting adjustable wrench that provides continuous clamping on a nut when rotated in a clockwise direction, while providing ratcheting when rotated in an opposite counterclockwise without having to repeatedly remove it from the nut. The plurality of reconstituted wood blocks are positioned horizontally side by side and are stacked vertically without being staggered.

The combination includes a housing that extends from the opening of the double hung window to the outdoors and replaceably houses the pet/plant therein, and a facia assembly that is attached to the housing and extends from the opening of the double hung window into the indoors and provides access into the housing.

Abstract: An electric vehicle that includes a drive train system that propel the electric vehicle, an electrical system that powers the drive train system, and a steering system that steers the electric vehicle. The electrical system includes a battery charger that is at least one of an off board A.C. charger in which the battery pack is selectively plugged into a socket in the off board A.C. charger by a plug, and wheel generators in which the battery pack is in selective electrical communication therewith by a brake switch that is operatively connected to a brake system so as to only activate the battery charger when the brake system is applied. The wheel generators that are operatively connected to the rear wheels comprise stator portions that are fixedly mounted in the axle housing and rotor portions that are fixedly mounted on for rotation with the drive axle and which are in electrical communication with the associated stator portions.

The combination includes a box, a lid that is replaceably disposed on the box, and a holder that is disposed on the lid. The box contains a chamber for storing incense sticks. The lid selectively opens and closes the box and has a trough therein for capturing the ashes from the burning incense stick. The arm is pivotally mounted at one end to the lower portion of the box and slidably and locking mounted at another end to the mounting bracket. The pivoting apparatus pivotally mounts the one end of the arm to the lower portion of the box, so that the lid of the box can be pivoted relative to the lower portion of the box from 0 degrees to 180 degrees. And, the sliding and locking apparatus slidingly and lockingly mounts the other end of the arm to the mounting bracket, so that when the lid of the box is pivoted relative to the lower portion of the box to a desired position the lid of the box is maintained in the desired position.

Abstract: A dentally retained intra-oral appliance worn at night for treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea and its fabrication process. The appliance maintains the patient's mandible in an anterior, protruded position to prevent obstruction of the pharyngeal airway. The appliance allows a limited degree of lateral movement of the mandible relative to the upper jaw in the protruded position to prevent aggravation of the patient's temporomandibular joint and associated muscles and ligaments. The appliance includes a lower bite block conforming to the patient's mandibular dentition, an upper bite block conforming to the patient's maxillary dentition, and a hinge connecting the upper bite block to the lower bite block. The upper bite block and the lower bite block are thin walled polyamide eliminating the need for dental wires to maintain them to the mandibular detention and the maxillary dentition and the problems associated therewith.
