  • Patent number: 6622908
Abstract: Punch machine 30 has a plurality of punches 52, 53 and dies 54, 61 for punching a hole out of a sheet, a driving means 35 for reciprocating in a direction intersecting with respect to the punch by the driving force of driving source 33, and cam mechanisms 44, 84, 94, 62, 69 for changing the motion of the driving means into the movement direction of the punch so as to transmit to the punch between the punch and the driving means. A plurality of punches are divided into first group and second group. The cam mechanism provided between each punch of the first group and the driving means moves each punch 52 by the motion operation of the driving means in a first direction, and the cam mechanism provided between each punch of the second group and the driving means moves each punch 53 by the motion operation of the driving means in a second direction. Different pattern of punching is respectively possible by the first and second groups of punches.

  • Patent number: 6623219
Abstract: Nuts 22, 23 are engaged with one ball screw 10, and the nut 22 is directly fixed on a slider main body 7s. The nut 23 is rotatably held by a bearing 25, and a bearing holder 24 holding the bearing 25 is fixed on a slider main body 7t. And, a gear 26 is fixed on the side of the nut 23, and a gear 29 engaging with the gear 26 is provided. And, a motor 28 for driving a gear 29 is fixed on a bracket 27, being united with the slider main body 7t. The ball screw 10 is stopped and the motor 28 is rotated so as to individually position the slider 7b. Even if the number of the sliders is increased, a machine is not made bigger, and the printed board processing machine having simple structure can be provided.

  • Patent number: 6612004
Abstract: In a complex machining machine tool, a tool rest capable of attachably and detachably installing tool installing inserts thereon is provided, a plural number of virtual tools is set and registered concerning a predetermined at least one tool together with its indexing positional data in tool file, the tool data of the corresponding virtual tool is read out from the tool file on the basis of the machining instruction by the virtual tool stored in machining program, and the corresponding virtual tool is indexed on the tool rest on the basis of the indexing positional data, and then machining with the virtual tool is executed. At the time of machining, it is possible to continue machining with the same tool by only positional indexing without changing the tool. The work for changing tools can be extremely decreased even if machining contents are changed or it is necessary to change tools by tool exhaustion.
