Abstract: An ensemble of discrete containers wherein each of the containers is spiral wound along a common axis, so as to provide a symmetrical geometric form or ensemble comprising a novelty item, a toy or packaging ensemble for related products/materials. In one of the preferred embodiments of the invention, the containers comprise an ensemble of beverage bottles wherein the open end of the necks of each container of the ensemble is provided with a separate closure. The individual containers of the ensemble are, thus, entwined about one another so as to provide the requisite degree of torsional engagement of each other to hold the resulting ensemble together. The discrete containers of the ensemble can be further provided with releasable, interlocking features (e.g. mating pairs of male and female surface features), to further engage and maintain the contiguous containers of the ensemble within a unitary configuration.
Abstract: A mounting apparatus comprises a plurality of main support tubes securely affixed to the transom and substantially hidden within the hull of a marine vessel. The number of main support tubes corresponds with the number of support units of a lifting device. Each of the support units further comprises a plurality of support members where the uppermost support member is secured to a corresponding main support tube. The main support tubes are housed through the transom and below the deck or flooring of the vessel so that when the support members are retracted, they are concealed, or substantially concealed, within the main support tubes.
Abstract: A pillow for supine and side-oriented sleeping positions comprises a pillow casing for a pillow having opposed horizontal side head end support units and a central head back support unit there between comprising vertically opposed neck-bones' support sections separated by an overall central head back rest section. The respective units and sections are segregated into attached, compartmentalized areas where the head back support unit is lower than the horizontal end support units, and the head back rest section is lower than the vertically opposed neck-bones' support sections. A first side head support unit is constructed at the end of horizontal end section of the pillow casing of the pillow. A second side head support unit is constructed at the opposed horizontal end section of the pillow casing. A head back support unit is placed between the first and second side head support units.
Abstract: A novel sinker drop for use in a fishing rig comprising, in combination, non-releasable means for holding one end of a sling, releasable means for holding the opposite end of the sling, means for releasing the opposite end of the sling, and initiating means for actuating the releasing means, the initiating means being responsive to contact with water where the rig is cast. The sling may be a relatively triangular net wherein one apex of the sling is attached to the non-releasable holding means and the other two apices are joined together and attached to the releasable holding means.
Abstract: Disclosed is a molded or extruded material made of plastic or rubber which forms the exterior portion of the body molding which can come in contact with other objects. On the underside portion of the body molding, vinylized magnets and suction cups are attached such that the body molding can be releasably attached to a ferrous or non-ferrous vehicle. The molding is sufficient in length and width to adequately protect a selected portion of the vehicle. Locking device mechanisms are recessed within the underside portion of the body molding which, when affixed to the jam of a door on a vehicle, prevent theft of the body molding while it is attached to the side of the vehicle.
