  • Patent number: 7233020
Abstract: An organic light-emitting display has a first pattern overlapping with one first electrode portion which overlaps with the via-hole. The first pattern is protruded upward as compared with the first electrode. The other first electrode portion on which the first pattern is not formed is exposed. An emission layer is located on the first electrode. A second pattern may be further formed around the first pattern. The second pattern is spaced apart from the first electrode and protruded upward as compared with the first electrode extended onto the via-hole insulating layer. The first pattern and the second pattern may be connected to each other. With this structure, deterioration of the organic emission layer can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 7220653
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a plasma display panel and the plasma display panel made using the manufacturing method include the align marks being maintained in a discernible state. The method for manufacturing a plasma display panel includes forming electrodes on a substrate along one direction, and forming align marks on edges of the substrate, depositing a dielectric paste on the substrate covering the align marks, drying the dielectric paste, and baking the dielectric paste to thereby form a dielectric layer. The align marks are left fully remaining such that they are easily discernible, thereby making sealing and other processes easy.

  • Patent number: 5999142
Abstract: A first antenna configuration contemplates a body housing and an antenna cap positioned at a top portion of the body housing. A helical winding is disposed within the antenna cap for radiating electromagnetic waves. A reflecting plate is installed within the antenna cap at a spaced-apart distance from the helical winding for reflecting the electromagnetic waves in a direction away from a user. Polyacetal material is disposed within the antenna cap for supporting the reflecting plate.

  • Patent number: 5982396
Abstract: Memory addressing apparatus and method for block scan and raster scan in an apparatus for processing image data of which the horizontal resolution is H and the vertical resolution is V. The memory addressing apparatus includes a horizontal counter for outputting a value sequentially incremented by a write or read signal for storing or reading image data in or from the memory, a vertical counter for outputting a value sequentially incremented by a horizontal synchronizing signal included in the image data, and an address generator for generating an address for raster scan or block scan according to a control signal by the horizontal and the vertical count values. Accordingly, memory address generating functions for raster scan and block scan are integrated into one unit, thereby the amount of required hardware is reduced, and simple design and structure of the apparatus reduce manufacturing cost.
