    Abstract: A method of enriching fruit products and coffee with beneficial agents present in processing waste products such as fruit skins and kernels and coffee cherries. The waste products are dried and extracted with an appropriate organic solvent and/or water. The extract is dried, purified if desired, and blended into the food product corresponding to the waste product, such as a fruit processing waste product extract could be combined with fruit juices, canned or frozen fruit, etc., and coffee cherry extract could be combined with ground or freeze-dried coffee. The extracts contain highly beneficial antioxidants and potentially other beneficial agents.

    Abstract: A delivery system a soldering paste to an electronics package includes a pressurized supply of via fill paste and a pressure head attached to the pressurized supply of via fill paste. The pressure head includes a main body and a wear portion. Attached to the wear portion is a gasket positioned along one surface of the pressure head. The pressure head also includes a flow dispersion regulator which includes a feed tube positioned within the main body, the feed tube has a plurality of flow regulating openings. The flow regulating openings in the feed tube are sized to maintain a substantially constant pressure at each of the flow regulating openings. Positioned between the main body and the wear portion is a flow equalization grid. The flow equalization grid includes a multiplicity of openings. Attached to the wear element is a gasket. The pressure source preferably includes a ram press.

    Abstract: An automated tool that can handle a sheet. The tool may include a flexible membrane that is attached to a frame. The flexible membrane may include a vacuum opening that is adapted to pull the sheet into the membrane. The vacuum opening may pull the outer edges of the sheet out of a tray when the membrane is deflected to a flat position. The tool may then move away from the tray wherein the outer edges of the membrane and sheet are pulled from an adjacent sheet. This effectively “peels” the sheet out of the tray.

    Abstract: A low dielectric constant material has a polymeric network that is fabricated from a first and a second component. The first component comprises a polymeric strand, and the second component comprises a molecule having a central portion with at least three arms extending from the central portion, wherein each of the arms includes a backbone with a reactive group. The first component and the second component form the polymeric network in a reaction that involves at least one of the reactive groups when the first and second components are thermally activated. Contemplated low dielectric constant materials are advantageously employed in the fabrication of electronic devices, and particularly contemplated devices include integrated circuits.

    Abstract: Electrodes are manufactured using a fire-retardant solvent and a polymerizable monomer. Electrodes according to the present invention are contemplated to find applicability in substantially any electrode containing device, including batteries. A preferred class of fire-retardant solvents includes solvents that generate a fire-retardant gas upon decomposition. One subclass includes compositions that produce carbon dioxide upon decomposition. Other subclasses include species that generate non-CO2 gases upon decomposition, such as CO, SO2, SO3, NO, N2O, NO2, or N2. A second preferred class of fire-retardant solvents include solvents that are fire-retardant without generating a fire-retardant gas upon decomposition, and are electrochemically inactive. Subclasses here include the many phosphates, phosphazenes, borates, siloxanes, fluorinated carbonates and fluorinated ethers that are already known to be included in a fire-retardant electrolyte.
