Abstract: An improved bathtub bathing system includes a bath seat and a splash shield which can be slipped into position with the bath seat in place on top of the bath tub. The seat overlays the front wall of the tub and the foot of the shield is secured in the desired position between the top of the tub wall and the seat. The shield is further located by a protrusion on the front of the shield which extends under the seat.
Abstract: This invention provides a bath, including the tub and surround, adapted to receive a bathing seat which is readily removable but firmly positioned in use through an interfitting relation of the seat elements with components of the tub and the surround.
Abstract: A tiltable bathtub for easy access by the bather without assistance in which the tub is pivotably supported on a horizontal pivot near the tub rim, the pivot axis being either lengthwise of the tub and on the longitudinal centerline of the tub rim or transverse to the length of the tub and midway of the ends of the tub, a bath support platform within the tub being independently supported and adapted for easy cleaning.
