Abstract: A control for use with an expendable refrigeration system is disclosed which has particular use in refrigerated transport applications. The control is used to regulate the injection of refrigerant into the space to be refrigerated and provides an accurate means of precisely selecting a preferred ratio of "on" to "off" timing segments in each cycle and the number of complete cycles in a given time frame. In one embodiment of the invention, pneumatic pressures are used to power an oscillating device, the number of oscillations are counted to a selectable total. Attainment of the chosen total causes the counter to transmit a signal, which signal actuates the operator of a four-way valve. The switching of the valve provides the means to (a) open a liquid line valve to inject the refrigerant into the refrigerated space and (b) reset the counter, terminate the actuation signal and start the next cycle count.

The deflector dish is mounted so that it is rotated, at least partially, by the momentum of the material received from the first conveyor.
Abstract: An automatic hook setting device is disclosed for setting in a fish a hook connected to a fishing line in response to a pull exerted by the fish on the line. When a fish pulls on the fishing line to pivotally move the front end of the line support member downwardly a distance exceeding a predetermined displacement, a trip element is moved to a release position and in turn releases an elastic band tension member so as to engage a fixed stop and cause the front end of the line support to jerk upwardly, thereby setting the hook in the fish.
Abstract: A resiliently biased seat panel for a seat frame associated with an end gate of a push-cart. The end gate has leg holes to permit the legs of a child seated on the seat frame to extend therethrough. The seat panel comprises a hinge along an edge thereof to hingedly retain the panel for displacement to and away from the seat frame. A spring biases the seat panel away from the seat frame in a position against the leg holes to obstruct at least a substantial portion of the leg holes when the seat panel is not utilized for seating a child. Thus, articles positioned on the seat frame cannot fall through the leg holes as it is obstructed by the seat panel.
Abstract: A load-carrying device comprises a frame adapted to support a load to be carried, and having front and rear end portions. A wheel is rotatably mounted to the frame and positioned at the front end portion for supporting same.
