Abstract: The method of assembling a speaker includes disposing a quantity of volatile magnetic fluid containing a pre-determined amount of lubricating oil into a radial gap of a driver unit, aligning a vibration system having a diaphragm and a voice coil to the driver unit such that the voice coil is movably mounted into the radial gap, fixing the vibration system to the driver unit, and removing the volatile component of the volatile magnetic fluid. The speaker includes a driver unit having a magnetic pole case defining a radial gap, a vibration system having a diaphragm and a voice coil where the vibration system is fixed to the drive unit and the voice coil is movably mounted into the radial gap, and a residual magnetic fluid layer disposed on the surfaces of one or more of the magnetic pole case and the voice coil where an air gap exists between the voice coil and the magnetic pole case.

Abstract: An air conditioner system to provide cooling or heating to a flexible material-based device includes a ventilated portion located within a flexible material body, a thermoelectric module with heat exchanges on opposite sides, an air stream source, and a power source. The ventilated portion has two chambers formed between a flexible material inner layer, an intermediate layer and a flexible material outer layer with a plurality of air vents in each of the flexible material inner and outer layers. Each of the heat exchangers is in fluid communication with one of the chambers. The air stream source provides an air flow through the heat exchangers into the chambers and out through the plurality of vent holes. The power source provides power to at least the thermoelectric module.

The two sidewalls have grooves spaced at predetermined intervals on an inside surface for receiving a partition and a bottom ledge for retaining the bottom. The inside surface has a plurality of openings sized for receiving holding members and may have a variety of shapes. The bottom is shaped to mate with the shape of the inside surface of the sidewalls. The two end walls include locking mechanisms for holding the various components of the apparatus together.

Abstract: In combination, a dump truck mountable particle screener for mounting atop the dump body of a dump truck, and a dump truck. The dump-truck mountable particle screener has a support frame, a screen deck, a plurality of spring assemblies connecting the screen deck to the support frame, and a vibrating mechanism attached to the screen deck for imparting the vibratory motion to the screen deck. The dump truck receives the particle screener atop the dump body.
