  • Patent number: 8298912
Abstract: A semiconductor structure and method of manufacturing the semiconductor structure, and more particularly to a semiconductor structure having reduced metal line resistance and a method of manufacturing the same in back end of line (BEOL) processes. The method includes forming a first trench extending to a lower metal layer Mx+1 and forming a second trench remote from the first trench. The method further includes filling the first trench and the second trench with conductive material. The conductive material in the second trench forms a vertical wiring line extending orthogonally and in electrical contact with an upper wiring layer and electrically isolated from lower metal layers including the lower metal layer Mx+1. • Patent number: 8292208
Abstract: Provided is a webbing winding device capable of mounting a holding member for holding a pretensioner on a frame easily. The webbing winding device has a holder which is mounted on a leg plate only by applying loads to tip ends (upper ends) of load receiving pieces and pushing the tip end (bent portion) sides of engagement claws into hole portions. With this structure, the operation of mounting the holder on the leg plate is easy and does not need any component such as screw. As no fastening component such as screw for mounting the holder on the leg plate is required, the cost for components is reduced and as no fastening step of screw is required, such cost is also reduced.

  • Patent number: 8296678
Abstract: A method and system is provided for analyzing potential repeatable values for placement into a data field based on user-defined criteria and includes analyzing relationships between documents for the purpose of correlating sender and receiver information into a context to more accurately populate type-ahead functions in repeatable data fields. Threaded messages are typically limited to those messages that are responses to responses or responses to an original message and are usually denoted by terms such as, for example, “forwarded” or “reply to” and where the history of the previous related message is included in the most recent message. However, the invention now expands correlation into non-thread related documents to achieve a higher correlation rate. The expanded documents may be any previous email or associated documents of a sender or receiver, including any documents defined by user criteria.
