  • Patent number: 8062188
Abstract: An elliptical exercise machine includes a bottom frame, two transmission bars, and two stepping bars. The bottom frame has a rotating axis, both sides of which are provided with a crank, respectively. One end of each of the two transmission bars is connected with the corresponding crank. The two stepping bars are connected with the two transmission bars. The other end of each of the stepping bars has a dragging mechanism mounted on the bottom frame. Driven by the two swing arms and the two transmission bars, the two stepping bars perform elliptical motions. Before the two stepping bars move to the left and right extremities of the elliptical curve, the corresponding dragging mechanism is driven to produce a quick return action. The two dragging mechanisms also simultaneously perform reciprocal dragging motions to correct the elliptical motions of the stepping bars and make the motions smoother.

  • Patent number: 6378824
Abstract: An assembling structure for ceiling fan bracket, including a hollow assembling section downward extends from a motor housing of the ceiling fan. The circumference of the assembling section is formed with multiple sockets in each of which a bracket connected with a vane is inserted. The socket has a shape complementary to the shape of the cross-section of the bracket. A locating member is movably disposed on inner face of the socket. The bracket is formed with an engaging section corresponding to the locating member for engaging with the locating member to fixedly locate the bracket. Accordingly, the bracket assembling and disassembling procedures are facilitated.

  • Patent number: 6310914
Abstract: A power saving infrared keyboard transmission method adapted for data transmission of a cordless computer keyboard is disclosed. The cordless keyboard has a transmission modulus comprising a microprocessor which converts the information related to the operation status of the keys of the keyboard into a series of pulses comprised of at least a first data byte and a second data byte. A leader code and a start code are added to the series of pulses in front of the first data byte and the leader code and the start code are transmitted before the data bytes are transmitted. A receiving modulus which is coupled to a host machine receives the data bytes together with the leader code and the start code. The leader code and the start code are received first to serve as an identification of the transmission of the data bytes so that the receiving modulus receives and interrupts the received data efficiently and effectively.

  • Patent number: 6089908
Abstract: An improved structure of a network wire tester is disclosed. The improved structure of a network wire tester includes a primary device and a secondary device installed with respective network receptacles. The bottom of the primary device is left with a concave container, Two sides of the container are installed with respect long holes and buckle grooves. The two sides of the secondary device are formed with suspending elastic pressing buckles. Each of the elastic pressing buckle is installed with a hook and a protruded pressing key so that the primary device and the secondary device can be assembled to the two ends of a network wire to be tested so to detect the transmission quality. When they are not used, the secondary device is pushed into the container of the primary device to be hidden therein by the elastic pressing buckles to buckle the buckle grooves. Thus, the primary device and the secondary device are combined together and the space is used efficiently.
