Abstract: A cleaning and biocidal composition in liquid form comprising a solvent, a polymeric biguanide, a single quaternary ammonium salt, a sequestrant, and at least one surfactant. The composition comprising the solvent including water, the polymeric biguanide including a polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, the quaternary ammonium salt including a didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride, the sequestrant including an amino acid chelating agent selected from the group consisting of: ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, or mixtures thereof, the surfactant including a non-ionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant.

Abstract: A dilution control system for diluting a first fluid with a second fluid and dispensing diluted fluid is disclosed. The dilution control system includes a bottle that is adapted for receiving a quantity of the first fluid. A valve insert is disposed in the opening of the bottle and includes at least one valve for controlling the flow of the first fluid from the bottle and an air vent. The dilution control system further includes a dispenser assembly having a body with at least one mixing chamber for receiving quantities of the first and second fluids and dispensing the diluted fluid, a platform for engaging and supporting the bottle on the body while dispensing the first fluid into the chamber, and a manifold assembly for dispensing the second fluid into the chamber and for actuating the valve and the air vent of the valve insert. The manifold assembly actuates the valve and the air vent for allowing the first fluid to flow into the mixing chamber only while dispensing the second fluid into the chamber.

Abstract: A method for cleaning or restoring a surface using a mop that is attached to a carrier block. A flowable pesticide or restorative material is applied and removed by passing the mop over and in contact with the material that is applied in closely timed relationship. The method further utilizes different mops attached to the carrier block for each phase, one of which has grommets for attaching the mops to the carrier block.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a composition for stripping coatings from a surface, the composition including:a. A solvent mixture composed of a phenyl substituted alkyl alcohol and an alkyl or aryl glycol ether or an alkyl or aromatic alcohol;b. A coupler composed of a salt formed from a water soluble organic amine and an acid comprising at least one C7-C18 ethoxylated anionic surfactant;c. Optionally water.The use of the C7-C18 ethoxylated anionic surfactant provides a stripper which can be diluted in water of various compositions yet provide an effective stripping/cleaning agent.
