    Abstract: A solution comprised filtered natural sea water comprising pharmaceutically active salts and trace elements having a direct effect in the respiratory tissues and secretions as expectorant, mucolytic, decongestant and virucidal. Aerosolized treatments of the solution for a patient in need thereof dehydrates tissue, destroys mucous plugs, and mobilizes phlegm in the respiratory tract. A method of preparing the solution, comprises extracting seawater from a depth beyond where microscopic organism known as plankton lives, in an ocean; filtering said seawater to obtain desired concentration of elements; testing said seawater for microbiological and chemical analysis; and preparing the solution for packaging, having a predetermined approximated seawater element content as expectorant, mucolytic, decongestant, and virucidal.

    Abstract: A shoring device that utilizes an accessory assembly mounted to a vertical tubular member of a tubular scaffold assembly to receive a shoring member therethrough. With an adjustable threaded ring mounted over the threaded portion of said accessory assembly, a supporting surface or edge is provided to a locking pin that passes through cooperating slots in the accessory assembly and radial through holes in the shoring post member to keep the post member and the accessory assembly at a fixed position with respect to each other. The lower most end of the threaded portion comes in abutting contact with the upper end of the scaffold vertical member thus transmitting the bearing load therethrough. A user can selectively adjust the effective length of the scaffold and shoring assemblies by rotating the ring assembly.

    Abstract: A tree ring that inhibits and/or prevents vegetation growth around the trunks of trees. The tree ring comprises an elastic outer peripheral edge and an elastic inner peripheral edge. In between elastic outer peripheral edge and the elastic inner peripheral edge is a flexible sheet. The flexible sheet has a plurality of holes. The tree ring is removably secured onto a tree pot of any dimension, size, or shape. The elastic outer peripheral edge stretches around the rim of the tree pot, and the elastic inner peripheral edge snugly fits around a tree trunk. It is noted that the distance between the elastic outer peripheral edge and the elastic inner peripheral edge that makes up flexible sheet may vary.

    Abstract: A wind scoop for hatches and designed to direct and restrict the amount of wind through a hatch opening and if necessary, cut the wind completely. The scoop is collapsible for easy storage and transportation. A rigid sheet is scored to define foldable walls that form an intake opening and direct the wind therethrough. A wall is pivotally housed within the walls and movable between two extreme positions for allowing maximum air through or blocking it. A removable notched bar bites on the distal said of the pivoting wall to keep the latter at a predetermined position. An elastic cord is attached at one end inside the wind scoop and the other end passes through the hatch opening and it is attached to an elongated member with dimensions larger than the opening. The stretched cord keeps the wind scoop in place.
