  • Patent number: 6095803
Abstract: This invention relates to a Hot Melt Glue Conveying System and in particular to a system for improving the material handling of thermoplastic adhesive chips to provide the uninterrupted flow of hot melt glue to packaging production lines. This invention reveals both a system and a method which improves the material handling efficiency and reduces the maintenance and down-time of a system for conveying solid glue chips or particles from a bulk source in the proper continuous glue volume to a glue melting apparatus. This system has filters at various points in the conveying system to screen the particle size of material flowing through and to minimize foreign particles in the system. This conveying system includes sensing devices that determine the material flow volume and vacuum at various gates, valves and hoppers in the system and sends an electronic signal to the control unit of those readings.

  • Patent number: 5915806
Abstract: The Mad Square invention has a detachable spring loaded marker device which accepts replaceable lead points and for which the pencil lead can be adjusted to the right length by tightening the adjusting screw. The detachable marking device can be slid along either of the two sides of the horizontal straight edge with ruler marks on each edge of the blade segment to conveniently draw the desired angle. The combination square has a rotatable straight edge which pivots from the corner joint to a 90.degree. and 45.degree. angle on each side of the horizontal position. Other angles may be selected and used with this device which has a protractor device to measure the precise angle of the blade. The straight edge can be rotated and locked in position to establish a precise pre-determined angle or can be used in determining the relative angle between two pre-determined points defined by the extensions of the pivotally attached blade and head of the carpentry square.

  • Patent number: 5636436
Abstract: This invention relates to an apparatus or device for use in ejecting coaxial cable from the connector block cavity located on a cellular telephone circuit pack to remove the specific faulty coaxial cable. This invention pertains to the method of ejection of the coaxial cable from the front side of the cellular telephone circuit panel with the coaxial cable plugged into the connector block cavity located on the back plane of the cellular telephone circuit pack cabinet. The Extended Coaxial Cable Ejection Device is inserted from the front of the cellular telephone circuit panel cabinet into the connector block located on the back plane of the cellular telephone circuit pack of the specific coaxial cable to be removed. The hollow outer ejector tip of the Extended Coaxial Cable Ejection Device is inserted over the tip of the coaxial cable engaging the coaxial cable snap ring. A slight forward pressure is applied to the apparatus to collapse the coaxial cable snap ring in the connector block cavity.
